The flat is located in an excellent area of the city, very new and safe, and better, at a fair value. The common areas are great, the pool has a beautiful view of the city. The apartment offers everything for a comfortable and peaceful accommodation. Layanne is super attentive and helpful responding to all my doubts promptly. It was very worth it!

Great option to stay in Águas Claras. The location is exceptional, with a 24h supermarket on the front, bakery, pharmacy, mall very close by. We are picky with cleaning and the apartment was impeccable. We definitely intend to return.

The house is perfect! Too much Aconchegante, exactly as described in the listing, was super smelly and very neat. The location is also a very important point to highlight, as it is right in the center! Everything was impeccable and fully met expectations. Communication with host Renata was excellent very kind, friendly and always ready to help us. I would definitely recommend and would come back without a second thought!

Excellent cost benefit! Beautiful house, tidy, very equipped and extremely cozy! It exceeded all expectations. Tâmara's service was very effective, she gave us all the support, answered all our questions immediately. We stayed 9 days, and really felt at home, it made our trip much better! We spent the Easter holiday and the house is simply an excellent place to enjoy with the family. Air-conditioned rooms, all with a suite, large kitchen and with all accessories and utensils that can be imagined and integrated with the dining and living room. The barbecue separate from the house and next to the pool is also fantastic and complete! Equipped with fridge, electric oven, Cooktop stove and various utensils. We don't miss anything. At the back of the house there is an orchard with various types of fruit and a very green grassy area! The children had a lot of fun and spent almost all the time in the position. We are very grateful for the welcome we had by our host Sergio. It was a spectacular family holiday!

Local very well taken care of, as described in the advertisement. The view from the balcony is beautiful with the possibility of contemplating the sunrise. The street of dirt makes it a little difficult for the conservation of public power, but the comfort of the house is very worth it.

We used the house for work, served 100%, comfortable beds, space for meetings with air conditioning, several places for lunch. Impeccable house, excellent quality bedding. Marlucia and her team are excellent people and always willing to help.

Great apartment, in a great condominium for those with children. Spacious accommodations, the apartment had everything I needed, comfortable and clean. The condominium with a swimming pool, quadra, playground and a gallery mall below that offered options of convenience, bakery, Smart Fit gym and fast restaurants. Next to the metro and easy to get around the area. I recommend it!

The place is wonderful to go to work or couple. The room is not large, but it is enough, besides being clean and organized, to have a good bed and shower. And the bonbons of mimo 😍

Everything perfect. Leonardo was an excellent host, very willing and attentive. The apartment is impeccable and extremely complete!! Only add two items to be complete, air-conditioned in the bedrooms that it does not have. But as we were in a period of mild weather, we did not suffer!! Indico, you won't regret it!! It is already on my return list.
