Studio apartment for two persons is in a house with several apartments, on the ground floor with separate entrance. It is a quite small studio (20 m2) but has all necessary for two people on vacation. There is a table with two chairs outside. The house is situated 300 m from the city center and 400 m from the beach, it takes 10 minutes walk. There is a lot of free parking space near the house. The owner lives in the same house. Included in the price: parking, final cleaning, wi-fi, tourist tax.

This charming studio is situated in walking zone, in the old 16th century house and in the hart of old Baška. This is the way to feel real rhythm of life in this village. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

There are many beautiful beaches where You can relax and enjoy the sun, the sea, nature. Also is good for hiking because have hills and marked trails.

Place is very close to the sea side in the old town centre also near marina Punat. The place is really comfortable, with freshly renewed space with authentic style and decorations, beautiful location, terrace that is amazing place for evening drink and morning coffee. Also there are bicycles to rent at the place, though everything is really close to the apartment. Free parking during the stay included. Place is romantic and will suit for couples, couples with child, adventurers...
