We keep our prices low for 2 people, so please note that while we have space for up to 6 guests, each additional guest will incur small additional charges.

Retreat to the country with this newly renovated guest house. Located just 8 minutes away, this modern space offers a tranquil, country setting with quick, easy access to Kokomo. A lovely space to unwind and relax after a busy day at work or play, this quiet setting ensures you rest peacefully. In the morning, after drawing back the blackout curtains, take in the serene views of the countryside and perhaps catch a glance of the local wildlife as rabbits, squirrels and birds are abundant.

Cozy barn loft on organic vegetable farm

Find peace and restoration in this beautiful barn loft at Perkins' Good Earth Farm. The loft has a bedroom, separate shower and toilet spaces, work area, sitting room, kitchen space, and heating/cooling fresh air system. Located above our farm store, the loft provides privacy for you while giving you access to fresh fruits & veggies, locally sourced meats, homemade soups & salads from our farm kitchen, and so much more. You can also walk our farm trails, visit the veggies, or enjoy a campfire.

Saint Rayburn's Place

Our space is in a small but fantastic town, perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers. Rensselaer's unique art scene is renowned; check out over two dozen murals that grace our revitalized downtown. Play disc golf at Brookside Park-we have discs for guests' use! Our listing fee is what it is-no separate "cleaning fee." We'll always leave you with homebaked goodies, & make sure there are farm fresh eggs in the fridge. When you're ready to relax, head to Saint Rayburn's Place.

Cozy Cottage

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The lake is not a swimming lake, but views are spectacular. Enjoy the wildlife, swans, beaver, otter, the pair of bald eagles that reside on Palastine Lake. Enjoy the newly renovated inside space, centered around comfort and relaxation. A comfortable bed with soft sheets. Knead your worries behind on the heated massage chair. Enjoy a warm fire either outside on the deck or the inside wood burning fireplace. TinyHouse Cabin on the Reservour

Stellantis EV plant worker friendly. Get cozy and settle into this rustic space. Enjoy the relaxation and quiet tranquility. Take out a kayak or just lounge by the waters edge. Private cabin, full bath, queen bed. Fresh air! Mini fridge, micro, grill! Waters edge 200ft from the cabin, there is acces a short walk to the bridge for 🎣 fishing. RV hook ups avail.! The host is a holistic healer, Rife practitioner, and builder of off grid home's, reiki avail. with Kelly at the plant shop.

House near Lake and 2 Golf Course.

We've raised a big family and now have several empty bedrooms in one end of our home. There are 3 bedrooms and 4 beds (2 king beds and 1 twin….also a fold up twin mattress for floor) a bathroom and a living room area. It's not fancy but clean and comfortable. . Breakfast is an option if I'm available and is requested ahead of time. We’re across the street from Lake Manitou. We’re also close to 2 golf courses. We are just a few miles from H.way 31. The Upper Room

Enjoy a peaceful stay in the country, above the garage in our guest suite surrounded by fields of corn and soybeans. Décor of vintage airplanes and air travel fill the guest room.. Awaken to the sounds of abundant birds singing. In the evening, you can relax around the firepit. The suite was finished with repurposed barnboards, tin siding, and the old workbench was transformed to a bar countertop. An enclosed breezeway connects to the main house where the owners reside.

The Riverhouse

Enjoy the view of the Tippecanoe River when you stay at our Riverhouse! The backyard has access directly to the river, where you can sit around the firepit and watch the water go by as you relax with your family and friends. This house is located in the country- a few neighbors nearby, wifi is not high speed, and you may encounter some wildlife. Please be aware you are not in a big city some resources will be limited.
