From here you can extensively hike through the Harz Mountains or ride a mountain bike. It is also the starting point for excursions by car: Brocken with and without the Harz Narrow Gauge Railway, Hexentanzplatz and Roßtrappe, Ilsetal, Rübeländer Tropfsteinhöhlen, Rappbodetalsperre with suspension bridge, Regenstein Castle Ruins, Wernigerode, Quedlinburg, Goslar and much more.

Beautiful, spacious holiday apartment in the Harz

The apartment on the first floor of a single-family house is located directly at the foot of the Harz, between the cities of Wernigerode and Ilsenburg in the small town of Drübeck. Located directly on the forest, you can hike from the apartment on numerous routes in the Harz or start by mountain bike. The highway (A36) makes the place the perfect starting point for excursions in the entire Harz area, as well as the northern Harz foothills. With about 60 m², the apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.

Relax with family and friends in our cozy half-timbered house from 1840. The Harz Mountains are the perfect vacation spot for young and old, because you can spend your time in so many different ways: hiking, mountain biking, skiing/cross-country skiing, countless outdoor pools/lakes, wellness and sauna, many sights such as museums, castles and half-timbered houses or simply stroll through the many beautiful historic old towns - Goslar, Wernigerode, Quedlinburg - to drink a coffee and shop.

The apartment is located on the first floor of our vacation home, which was completed in the spring of 2020. The house is located on the outskirts of Bad Harzburg/Westerode district surrounded by fields and meadows overlooking the beautiful Harz Mountains. The transport connection is very good, so you can quickly reach the nearby cities such as Goslar, Wernigerode, Quedlinburg or Braunschweig by car or bus and train from Bad Harzburg. Shopping facilities are also available in the village.

A relaxed holiday for family or friends (6 people). Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Our heritage-listed building was constructed over 200 years ago. The apartment is fresh renovated and newly furnished. The 'Birke' is located on the 1st floor of the house and spans 2 floors. The 1,400-square-metre garden allows you to recharge your batteries or let off steam. Garden furniture with its own seating area and our new BBQ + fire pit invite you to while away the time.

Kalles vacation home

Right on the Harz in the small village of Veckenstedt, is our lovingly and comfortably furnished vacation home for up to ten people. In 2018, we decided to renovate a large part of the building and convert it into a vacation home. The renovation was completed in mid-2020. Our country market and bakery are within walking distance (5 minutes). Ample parking space is available for cars. For motorcycles, there is also a covered and lockable area.

Irina's Schüppchen with a view of the Brocken

My "little hut" is located in the beautiful village of Stapelburg in the Harz Mountains between Wernigerode and Bad Harzburg/Goslar. Last year, a real gem with a lot of love for detail emerged from a "junk shed." My place is on a quiet side street, and parking is available right in front of the house. The "Schüppchen" is hidden behind my house and is accessible via a comfortable external staircase.
