We are in a downtown location, a block from Restaurants, hotels and shopping, it’s the perfect location for business or pleasure. We are one block off of highway 120/108, so it’s convenient, but at rush hour you’ll likely hear some traffic. Washer/dryer in the garage. Please leave your shoes at the door.

Cozy, newly remodeled and well located, our guesthouse is a great place to stay. We put lots of thought and care in designing a space that people will truly enjoy. We are located in the heart of the beautiful College neighborhood, walkable to Roseburg Square shops and food as well as the Virginia Trail. We are close to downtown and have plenty of street parking, as well as a side gate with driveway that goes right up to the guest house.

Halfway point to Yosemite #2 - A country paradise!

Andrew is a retired PreK/kinder teacher who made us feel like family. He was so welcoming and helpful. When we arrived we were greeted by him. He quickly showed us to an area where he prepared homemade cookie, fruit infused water, & coffee items ready for us. I cannot stress enough how we were treated just like family. The breakfast he prepared for us was delicious and in to-go boxes since we had to head out early. Out of the 3 options he has on the menu the Half Dome burritos are amazing. He puts thought into every detail. We will definitely be staying again. This Airbnb is a gem!

I had a great stay at Rui’s place. Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. I stayed here while visiting Yosemite and had a good experience! The bed was extremely comfortable and all of the shared spaces were very clean. I would definitely recommend this stay to anyone in the area!

From the moment I arrived, Karl was incredibly attentive and friendly—quick to respond to any questions and genuinely cared about making my stay great. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We stayed here while traveling Yosemite, ~2 hr drive away. The house itself was perfect, with a full kitchen for light cooking, private bedroom, bathroom, and all the amenities between. We shared the space with other travelers, who were all quiet and respectful. The hosts were proactive, flexible, and so kind! Definitely recommend this place, it's one of the best I've been to.
