Niki is a lovely host, happy to help with anything and very friendly. The home is nice, cool during the hot days and in good location near the beach and supermarket. I would stay there again!

Savoula's apartment is in the center, and thanks to the host's precise directions it was easy to find. The kitchen is well-equipped, with oil, salt and sugar available (always welcome). The bedroom is spacious and the bathroom is functional. The big plus is the terrace with the sofa and table, and the laundry room available. I really enjoyed it and recommend this apartment without a doubt.

A very nice place to stay. Especially quiet in the preseason. Large outdoor space for your own use and drinking coffee directly by the sea😊. A rare place! This authentic stone house on Ravdoucha beach is a little paradise. The unique location - right on a quiet sandy beach - provides complete relaxation with just the sound of the waves in the background. The interior is full of charming details that enhance the character. The terraces all around always offer a perfect spot, whether you want to enjoy morning sun or sunset. Although you have to drive (25 minutes to Kissamos), it is worth it. It feels like a private beach without being completely secluded. The two nearby taverns serve excellent food for when you don't want to cook. Our family has had a memorable time here. The children played freely on the beach with a duck and in the garden while we enjoyed peace and views. Perfect to be together, away from the daily crowds. We hope to be back.

The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. The place was super clean and everything well maintained. Just felt right at home with an amazing view, great beds and a beautiful atmosphere. Highly recommend!

We stayed in Frangokastello for a week with our three children in the fall. We were very warmly welcomed by the hosts and even received various regional foods as gifts, including feta, pastries and citrus fruits. The accommodation itself offers everything you need. We especially liked the oven and the proximity to the beach. In the low season, the place is very, very quiet, there are only a handful of taverns in the whole area and a few supermarkets that are open. But that didn't bother us any further.

We had a wonderful time in this lovely beachfront home. The house is very comfortable, and very judiciously thought out with its three terraces with three different orientations, one for the morning sun, one for the afternoon, one that is protected. We've seen the sea from everywhere, that's great! The environment is extremely quiet, we slept peacefully, what happiness! We just have a small road ( not busy ) to cross and we're at the beach. What a luxury! We will definitely be back!!

Manolis was very responsive. He even showed up personally when we had some miscommunications as to where to park the car. We loved the location. It was a very convenient walk to the area we wanted to be. The apartment had an outdoor terrace with a great view of the water, and was spacious and clean. We would stay here again if we came back to Chania.

We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation is very lovingly furnished, clean and has a fantastic location right on the beach. The surrounding area is perfect for sightseeing (close to Chania, Aptera) and hiking. The hosts were very easy to reach and very friendly - there were even some Greek delicacies to welcome us. Perfect for our extended family. We had both houses. The villas looked exactly like the pictures. Lovely, quiet and safe space for both big and small, right on the beach. A couple of cozy tavernas are close by. The shops are a little further away, so we recommend renting a car. The pool areas were cleaned every morning and the hosts were very accommodating if we needed anything. Emmanuel and Yannis were always available for questions and very helpful. This house was unbelievable! The location was gorgeous and perfect. It felt private but also accessible and we LOVED the little town. The amenities and entire home were a dream and made our vacation perfect. The only thing better was STAVROS the host! He was AMAZING! Left us treats, helped us multiple times with recommendations, and even brought us freshly pressed oil! We definitely hope to be back!

This place is absolutely amazing. My wife and I spent our honeymoon at Aikaterinis apartment and we were completely satisfied. The inside provides everything what we needed. The description was absolutely accurate. The fridge is very spacious and there is a freezer as well. We cooked quite a lot therefore this was very helpful for us. The pool outside is very clean and also the temperature was perfect for the hot days in Greece. You can really relax at this place because there is not a lot of tourism at this area on Crete. Also the beach in front of the house is quite nice. We put our hammock under some trees and were watching the sunrise over Paleochora. I can totally recommend this apartment, especially for couples who want some relaxing time and together.

I loved my stay here, and only wish I had booked my stay for longer! The villa was truly high-end and every detail was thoughtful. They had everything you could possibly need and the host made sure you were comfortable and cared for. The outdoor balcony/pool was relaxing and special, with a beautiful view of the sea. It was also close to several delicious restaurants and within walking distance of downtown Rethymno. I want to come back and bring my friends for a longer stay! A special thank you to Marianna for making my check-in extra smooth!

Amazing villa in a really beautiful location. House is very private and great to explore the south coast from. We loved the pool and gorgeous sunsets.

We stayed at the end of October and could not have been happier with this villa. it was spotless, spacious and comfortable for 4 adults and 4 children. The access to the water park for free was excellent for the kids and the last day of opening for the season was on the day we left. The facilities were excellent and the lovely pool and outdoor barbecue area were all great to use. Lots of local supermarkets and restaurants within a km and good access to the beach. It's a first floor property which might be an issue with the steps but we liked having views from every room to the sea and beach. We couldn't really ask for anything else in our stay and if we come back to Crete we would look to stay here again. It's a short drive from Chania. The hosts were really friendly and helpful, offering help with hire cars and local amenities, but they left us to it. We had a great holiday in Crete and a lot of this was down to this superb accommodation we were lucky to find available for our stay

Sometimes it’s such a cliché to say “the photos did not do it justice “ but this is one of those rare occasions when it really does apply.. The Villa Tile is the perfect place for a couple or small family and has everything within a few metres.. the beach literally is on you back door step, next door is a beach bar with a pool which you are welcome to use. The hosts went above and beyond to make everything perfect for us during our stay, even undertaking some emergency sewing and pillow adjustments when we said that the pillows were a little too firm for our liking… We are already planning to come back in May 2025 and hope to use the Villa Tile again.

We had a fabulous stay here. The villa is lovely, inside and out, with a well equipped kitchen, including food staples and a variety of different seating areas outside. The pool is great and the beach is virtually on the doorstep, with free sunbeds (if you buy at least a drink from the local taverna). In terms of local amenities, there is a small shop and a couple of tavernas within a few minutes walk, plus a small hotel complex, where you can also eat and visit their bar. There are 2 larger supermarkets within a couple of kilometres, for which you would either need a car or taxi, however the hosts were kind enough to ferry us there and back, when we first arrived, which was so helpful. Chania Old Town is beautiful and we travelled there on a couple of occasions by taxi (28E) in the evening, but you can also take a bus which stops near to the villa. Finally, the hosts, Eleni and Thrasyvoulos were lovely, regularly checking in without being intrusive. Highly recommended.

We live Eleni’s villa. Superbly well equipped spotless and great location. We were greeted with lots of home baked goodies (delicious) fruit wine and raki’s. They brought extra toys for our 22 month old and regularly checked in to see if we needed anything. Second visit and hopefully not the last. Sara and Giovanni are exquisite! Beautiful stay, fantastic area. We had a great time, the restaurant is a gem, you can eat divinely. In the evening, by the pool, sitting at the restaurant, there is a magical atmosphere, a peace for the senses. Our little girl fell in love with the pool! We'll definitely be back

A week in paradise!! We had a wonderful week at Manolis's place. The house has its feet in the water and the view is just sublime. The sunsets are grandiose. Everything is provided to enjoy the exteriors: sunbathing, umbrella, table and chairs, armchair, hammock, barbecue… There are beach shoes to be able to walk on the rocks and a small paddle is also immediately accessible. We lived outside and were lulled by the sound of the waves which was great. The house is very functional and Manolis is full of attention: we found a basket of fresh fruit, sweet cakes homemade by his mother, lemons from his farm, Raki, fresh beers and water bottles, dates... During the stay he brought us spinach slippers and fresh eggs. Manolis was an attentive host, full of good advice and very considerate. We hope to be back soon. Thank you Manolis for everything🩵?

The two villas were absolutely perfect for our group of two families, offering plenty of room to spread out and relax. Eleni was very attentive she greeted us and offered early checkin and offered us some cozy suggestions on how to spend our time since it is off season, nothing was too much trouble. The villas had everything we needed, and the rooftop sauna was a standout feature we thoroughly enjoyed. The nearby beach, just a 5-minute stroll away and the area offers plenty of walking space.

Perfect location very close to Chania. We had breakfast every morning by the sea and fell asleep with sound of waves every night. Perfect home and by far the best airbnb we have stayed in. Beautifully decorated, Amazing attention to details- this place has EVERYTHING you need. Highest quality of hosting. We will be back
