Quiet, BUT talkative hens, crowing roosters and ducks are with us. 3.5 km to frequent bus to Norrtälje - Stockholm and Grisslehamn, to Roslagsleden and to nice swimming. 30-40 min drive ferry location for Åland-Finland

Lean back and relax in this nice & charming cottage. Approximately 400 meters to the sea bay & a small swimming area. Here, you will enjoy nature, walks & just being. In the summer, there is a barbecue & outdoor furniture on the private balcony. A rowing boat is available to borrow one day on request. There is a 120 cm bed & a sofa bed, drapery for the bedroom. No smoking, no pets due to allergies. Sheets & towels are not included but can be added for 150 SEK per person The house is close to the main house where we live permanently.

The accommodation is located a few minutes' walk from the swimming area, Roslagsleden, nature reserve and nice running trails. Just outside the property is a popular playground. The bedroom has two sleeping places and the sofa bed in the living room two more. You can reach Norrtälje city center in 3 minutes by car or 15 minutes by foot. Close to Kapellskär and excursions to Åland. Unfortunately, the house cannot be booked for parties.

Båtsmanstorp, an hour's drive from Stockholm

Båtsmanstorp in rural Roslagen. Close to animals and nature. Carefully renovated cottage with wood stove and fireplace. Lush, secluded and large garden with many cultivated varieties of plants. The nearest lake is Erken, where there are several different swimming areas and scenic areas. At the cottage, there is a wood-fired sauna. There is good bus communication to, for example, Stockholm or Grisslehamn for day trips. Norrtälje city is also a nice excursion destination.

The house, located in a classic, quiet holiday home area, is 2 minutes walking distance from the water. In the area there is a child-friendly bath with both sandy beach and jetty. The house has 6 beds (newly purchased in 2022), a dining area for 6 people and a kitchen with porcelain for up to 12 people.

Charming log cabin on a farm and by a smokehouse with proximity to Älmsta and Gåsvik. Rural and quiet location with nature right on the doorstep. The cottage has six beds and a cozy patio overlooking the meadows where the sheep graze in the summer - perfect for relaxation and summer meals. In the yard, there are 6 sheep and in the summer, there are also some pigs.
