Surrounded by meadows and forests between the vineyards, the holiday home offers plenty of space to romp around and get some fresh air. The holiday home is ideal for relaxing and unwinding. Whether with the whole family or as a couple for a romantic break – or, of course, for sporting activities such as hiking, cycling, walking, etc., everyone will find something to suit them here. With its 100 m², the holiday home offers space for two to three people. Please note: the property is not fenced (with regard to pets)

Our cottage is located directly on the lakeside, consists of 3 apartments and 2 add. rooms to rent (i.e. for children). The spacious lakefront property is a place of adventure and relaxation as well as an oasis for swimming, sunbathing and simply unwind - the contrast to crowded lakes. House and garden are well secured and only separated by an access road. Additionally: steam bath, playground, barbecue, fire pit, picnic tables, 2 rowing boats, washing machine, dryer and rooms with terraces.

®HOAM House

The ®Hoam House is a chalet of a special kind. In the loft style, you can relax and unwind. Our highlight: a heated pool, which is used as a hot tub in winter – with distant views over the Alps and proximity to Graz. Whether a relaxation trip or a city vacation, you will find everything your heart desires. The living room offers 2+2 beds (including Comfort sofa). Right next door is the gym, which is used with Schmoltis chalet. Our alpacas are also looking forward to seeing you soon!

Escape the stresses of everyday life and unwind. Surrounded by forest and meadows, the log cabin is cozy on the edge of the forest, 20 minutes from Graz. This secluded location, this small, cozy paradise on the edge of the forest, is just the place for you to unwind and relax. In our “wooden cabin,” you will occupy the cozy ground floor, which features a fully equipped kitchen, wood-burning stoves, and a cozy bedroom. For 2 additional guests, there is a sofa bed in the living room.

A 200 year old "Kellerstöckl" (wine-press) adapted into an award winning house. Loft space and original wine cellar. Located within a small cluster of homes in the hamlet of Globeregg, the house is within close proximity to wineries in the area.
