Holiday houses in Stagiates

+We were greeted by Mrs. Katerina, who was very helpful. She showed us the house and suggested places to eat. When we had trouble lighting the fireplace wood, which was fresh from the humidity and the rain, immediately brought us dry and helped us light it +The house was warm, there was a heater and air conditioning for heating(Additional mats need to be added in the living room and in the kitchen, as a large surface was uncovered,so prohibitive for children playing downstairs) +The balcony overlooked the sea + Bathroom very nice, recently renovated(A curtain in the window is a must) +The kitchen in great condition(You'll need to add a toaster, some oil and salt) +The french door of the living room and bathroom window were aluminum, unlike the windows in the bedrooms that were classic wooden. Wooden and the main entrance, which needs to be repaired. I highly recommend it, we'll do it again!! Thanks for the stay !!

Sofia is a great host, we spent beautiful holiday. It was better than what we expected. Perfect place for a family holiday or to spend some time with the friends We will come again for sure.

Had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. Kostas was super responsive and provided us with everything we wanted. Last but not least, we loved the quiet neighborhood & the walks we did around the village. Would absolutely stay again!

Cozy apartment, well equipt, private parking place, double A/C. Really recommended!

We spent 9 great days here, we were a group of 4 families. The villa is exactly like the description and as in the pictures with all the necessary amenities to feel like home, the lovely terrace with a view directly to the small beach next door. The kitchen is fully equipped, we could make our breakfast without missing anything. Extremely friendly hosts showed us the surroundings where we can eat, where we can do our shopping, and they responded promptly whenever we needed information. Extremely quiet area even very intimate! The beach next door is pebbles, it is equipped with 4 wicker umbrellas and some free of charge benches, it is usually quite empty. Also in the village there are 2-3 bays with beaches about the same, especially the left bay has a bigger beach. Very hot water, no dead algae and extraordinary clarity. There is the tavern area at 7-8km away and beaches arranged with beachbar in NeesPagases Recommend for maximum relaxation

Beautiful house with terraces that you couldn't get enough of from morning to night. Beautiful sunrises and idyllic sea views. The house has everything you need, the essentials (salt, sugar, oil...) and more (Nespresso coffee maker, fruit, honey...)! Dishwasher, washing machine, comfortable beds, linens, numerous kitchen utensils... It has everything! Cleanliness is impeccable. Stavroula is always available by message and very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.

Had a lovely stay. Amazing pool and views of sunset. Enjoyed lots and trips and exploring the northern side of the island
