Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Stafford County

We had a wonderful stay. The home was clean, beds comfortable had all what we needed to make our stay a memory we will always cherish. We were greeted with a lovely note, snacks and a bottle of wine that took the edge off of driving on 95. We will definitely choose these accommodations in the future and we highly recommend anyone needing a place to stay in the northern Virginia area.

Everything was absolutely perfect. Melinda made us feel right at home. Everything was clean and taking care from start to finish. We loved staying in Melinda's home so much we booked it again the following week. If you want the comfort of home and in a perfect location I would definitely recommend this house!!

This is a fantastic Airbnb and Hunter is a great host. Communication and responsiveness were excellent and Hunter was very helpful throughout. The location is beautiful with lots of wildlife and some amazing eagles and hawks to watch and many deer. The house is fantastic and exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Great and well stocked kitchen, a very comfortable great room, and plenty of rooms in each of the bedrooms and very pretty and secluded grounds looking out over Acquia Creek. We rented the home for a graduation ceremony at the Quantico Marine Base which is very close. We had a great time and were very happy with Hunter's place. I would highly recommend this spot to any size group! 5 Stars!

My Family and I felt right at home. Susan was an amazing host. She was easily accessible during our stay. She was also very accommodating and responsive when needed. I must say that the pictures don't do justice. Her home has very beautiful decor, vibrant, and bold colors. The backyard is tranquil and beautifully decorated. The amount of amenities that she offers is unmatched. We were able to find everything that we needed. We would definitely stay at her place again. We are already making plans for our next visit.

Amazing home in a great neighborhood. House was clean, spacious, relaxing. The patio area was wonderful and made for a great breakfast retreat. Host were very kind and helpful throughout my stay. I would say one of my top airbnbs, if not the best. You will not regret getting this place.

We loved this space! It was as described, neat as a pin, and clean. Every possible need was accounted for, the location was peaceful with lots of walking paths and restaurants close by. We were comfortable and enjoyed lounging in the comfortable living room watching movies as a family. Worth every penny!

Stayed with my husband, 17 year old l, and 12 year old. The beds were perfect in the spare room and I always travel with an extension cord which helped with electronics and charging in the spare room( not needed there were outlets, but was helpful). Perfect place to unwind after long days of walking and visiting the zoo and DC area. Amy was available when I reached out for local recommendations and expressed that she had extra info in the master bedroom. This location met all my expectations for cooking, relaxing, and safety. Most Airbnb’s look comfortable but don’t accommodate our family for relaxation so I was looking specifically for a sectional to watch movies or tv together and this space provided this and much more; really was comforting and felt home like. We cuddled up, I made some tea, and the view was amazing. Thank you both! We will definitely return next time we visit DC.

A great place to stay!

The Farmhouse was a wonderful place for a relaxing weekend getaway. Located in walking distance of restaurants, shopping and park, this townhouse provided convenience along with comfort. Roger’s Place was nicely decorated and was well equipped. Would recommend this beautiful Occoquan townhome.

Katie took good care of us from the moment we stepped foot in the Airbnb. She made sure everything was up to par, always offering to help with anything we needed. When she found out we were in town for a funeral, her and her husband gave us a handwritten card sending their condolences. The hot tub was absolutely perfect!!! She had it ready for us when we got there. The house was so clean and had everything we needed, a fridge and even coffee, sugar, and creamer, and water bottles!!! The water pressure was great. The scenery was beautiful. I wish we had another week to stay and relax. The beds were comfy and the place was cozy and quaint. If I am in the area again we will definitely stay here. Thank you Katie soooo much!!! God bless you all!! You made this hard trip so much easier for us. We will never forget it.

We had a wonderful stay at Enchanted in Alexandria! The space was beautifully stocked with everything we needed, and we felt comfortable and right at home from the moment we arrived. Becky was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. One of our favorite features was the garden area – so peaceful and charming, and the fire pit made it even more special. If we’re ever in the DC area again, we’ll definitely be booking Enchanted without hesitation. Highly recommend!

This little gem is in an ideal location for a walkable stay in old town Alexandria. Immaculately clean and well appointed condo. Although the location is directly on a corner of two busy streets, the street noise and foot traffic was (surprisingly!) not an issue. It should not dissuade anyone from considering this unique place and ideal location for enjoying all that Old Town ALX has to offer. I would absolutely stay here again! Hosts were terrific!

This is a beautiful home and location, it has so many rooms and beds. It accommodated our family so well as we gathered to celebrate the life of a family member in which we were attending a funeral. It was a comforting and healing home for us. Large dining room, plenty of parking, great outside deck. It’s a great location to downtown Manassas, restaurants, shops. Highly recommended! Well appointed and very clean. Nice layout and great views. Would like to have had access to a boat lift for our boat. Overall one of the best homes we have rented and you were very responsive. Hope to make a return trip in the spring.
