The patio with table and chairs acts as an extra living space in spring, summer and fall however without the extra space in the wintertime the apartment is too small for two people.

The suite includes a spacious bedroom, large bathroom and separate living/sleeping area with a TV, mini-fridge/freezer, microwave, and Keurig. An adjacent laundry room is available for your use upon request (FOC). The small deck, patio and fully fenced yard are included for your exclusive use. Parking is available on the street right out front of our home.
