Exclusive accommodation between Lake Constance & the Allgäu Alps The historic roof truss was converted into an extraordinary, charming duplex apartment in 2023. In the 80 sqm apartment, the old beams have been visibly preserved. From the loggia you have a view over the picturesque Allgäu cultural landscape to the mountains. The apartment is next to the church in a quiet village. It is the starting point for numerous excursions, bike rides, hikes or beach days. Center Parcs is 6 km away.

On the property, in addition to the Allgäu-Idyll-Holzhaus vacation home, there is the Allgäu-Idyll-Landhaus vacation home and the family home. It is about 4 km to Leutkirch and about 30 km to Memmingen and Kempten.
