Quietly located studio on the first floor with plenty of natural light. The large terrace offers a beautiful view over the fields. Located within cycling distance of the bakery. The Groenhove forest and two restaurants are within walking distance. Visit the castles of Torhout. Ideal as a base for visiting cities like Ghent, Bruges, Kortrijk, Lille, or for a relaxing day at the seaside. Free Wi-Fi and use of the washing machine. There is a paid charging station for EV on a private parking.

From there you can easily find numerous cafes, eateries, grocery stores and the start of Roeselare's main shopping streets. The one-bedroom apartment is located on the top floor of a brand new building; private and gated parking, elevator, intercom and a private terrace with a seating area.

Ontwaak met een ongerept wijds zicht op de verdronken weilanden (Meersen) en akkers; wisselend op het ritme van de seizoenen. Geniet van het schouwspel van de fladderend zingende veldleeuwerik, het blij gekwetter van zwaluwen als de avond valt. Lig languit op de steiger, stap in het bootje om zomaar wat te dobberen op de natuurvijver. Wandel, fiets, zwem of doe gewoon eens lekker niets.

We warmly welcome you to our tiny house where it is all about nature, comfort and a perfect gateway to unplug from city life. You can sit in the terrace and enjoy the sounds of birds, our lovely pets walking in front of the house. Our house is fully equipped with a queen size bed with amazing sunset views, a nice double person bath looking over our garden, a fully equipped kitchen. We are located very close to Bruges and to the coast with a lot of places to walk around in pure nature.

Welkom @ ROES, ons vakantiehuis in Roeselare, het hartje van West-Vlaanderen. Het huis heeft een privé parking en sauna en ligt dicht bij het centrum. Op wandelafstand vind je het trein- en busstation, een supermarkt, een bakker- en beenhouwerij, cafés, restaurants, ... De locatie is perfect voor een city trip, een zakenreis, shopping of ontspanning. En misschien verken je vanuit Roeselare graag de Noordzee of steden zoals Brugge, Ieper, Kortrijk, Gent, Brussel of Antwerpen?

Bienvenue dans notre studio de 35m2. Le studio est idéalement placé et se trouve en face du métro Mons Sarts (même pas 1 minute de marche). Les gares Lille Flandres et Lille Europe sont à deux stations. Le centre ville est à 10 minutes en métro. Le studio est entièrement privé et possède un accès privatif via portail sécurisé. La hauteur du plafond est à 2m10. Si vous venez en voiture il y a des places de stationnement gratuites dans la rue.

Op 150m van het strand en de vernieuwde zeedijk van Westende, vlakbij restaurantjes en winkels, vind je onze gerenoveerde studio op de 6de verdieping (lift tot 5de verd), met een ruim terras met een prachtig gedeeltelijk zeezicht en zicht op het hinterland. Free WIFI. Tijdens juli en augustus enkel te huur vanaf zaterdag tot zaterdag (voor 1 of meerdere weken), met week- of maandkorting.
