Partially renovated interior with three bedrooms, kitchen, living room, bathroom and toilet. In the surrounding area you will find a football stadium, sandy beaches, shops, cafes, library, cinema and water park. Many nice hiking opportunities both in the immediate area, and top trips in the Sunnmørsalpene. Nice with a trip to Runde and Lundefugl, or to Ålesund to enjoy city life.

There are great hiking trails in the immediate vicinity. The home is the family home and is only rented out for holidays. That means you will find personal belongings in the house, but everything is set up for a comfortable stay.

Beautiful courtyard. The courtyard consists of a main house, a fire house, a pantry and a garage converted into an apartment. All buildings are in top condition and newly renovated. The old firehouse that is rigged for late evening hours with live fire in the fireplace is an experience in itself. There is also a sauna that can be enjoyed. The place is undisturbed and close to the lake. There is a private beach that is secluded. There are also opportunities to meet the animals on a modern farm that is located right next to it.

Welcome to our home! The accommodation is located in a very quiet and child-friendly area. Immediate proximity to fjords and mountains/hiking trails, and with a fantastic view. Ski lift a short drive away, and if there is good snow you can ski back to the house. Great location for nice day trips in the area such as Ålesund, Ulsteinvik, Stryn and Geiranger. The property has a large garden with trampoline and playhouse. Possibility of parking in double garage, as well as in large driveway.

Hei. Vi vil leie ut vårt private hus i hovedsak i sommer, men andre helger/tider kan være ledig, bare ta kontakt om dere ser at helgene ikke er åpen for leie. Kjempefint og stort hus i Volda, her får man utsikt mot flotte fjell og fjord, morgensol og kveldssol. Kort vei til de spektakulære Sunnmørsalpene. . Her kan man ta på fjellskoene og gå rett på fjellet fra huset. Stort uteområde med terasse, trampoline, sandkasse. Kjempefint for barn. Rolig nabolag med lite trafikk.
