Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in St. Thomas

I’m obsessed with Melissa! Such a great host! I definitely recommend staying at any one of her units in London! The unit is beautiful, model furniture inside, I felt like I was staying in a spa-like girly suite, with the beautiful paintings and decor. Location has you right in downtown London so it’s a quick walk over to some bars/food spots etc. Melissa checks on you while you stay which was nice, she takes great care of her guests! 5 stars!

The location is great, the place is very clean and Sally is very helpful. I super recommend it.

Words can’t describe how gorgeous and wonderful this place was. I felt right at home, and it was a very natural space. The windows had a wonderful amount of light shining through, able to illuminate the space without really having to consume a lot of electricity. It was very spacious and well-stocked. All in all, 5 stars isn’t enough of a rating to give this place, so I’ll give it a 10/10 instead!

I spent my birthday here, being that it was downtown and close to so many places it was perfect. The place has a beautiful view of Victoria park! if you're into the nightlife but want somewhere peaceful and beautiful to go, this is the place!! I was surprised that we couldn't hear much outside considering it's on Richmond row! absolutely stunning little place :)

Carly was a fantastic host. Very proactive and left lovely complimentary snacks and things in the fridge that really came in handy! I would definitely stay here again! Absolutely beautiful space and within walking distance but still quite private.

Bilal and Ashley truly went above and beyond! Their responsiveness and willingness to help made my stay even more enjoyable. The apartment was absolutely immaculate, a perfect haven to come back to after a long day. I can't recommend them enough!

We had a wonderful stay at David’s place. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and included anything you would need to do any sort of cooking. He also left snacks and treats (microwave popcorn and a candy bowl that were a hit with my kids) and a lovely bottle of wine. The loft in the rental is especially cool with a great rooftop balcony. David had patio furniture in the balcony (which was not shown in the picture) which we would have used if the weather had been a bit nicer. A few things to note: there is a very long staircase to get up to the rental. (This was not at all a problem for us but could be for someone with mobility issues.) The stairs were carpeted so looked a bit dingy because of all the outside shoes/dirt that comes in from outside before getting to the rental door. As well, there are a few pictures in the listing that are not of this rental. (Brown couch, brick wall with opening). Overall this was a great place to stay and we would come again for sure.

Such a charming space! The house is "lived in", meaning it had all the creature comforts of a "home", it didn't feel like a sparse rental. My family and I were only there for 2 nights, but when I saw the fully stocked kitchen, I wanted to cook or bake! The beds were comfortable, tons of towels available, even robes... the backyard outdoor space was so cozy for morning coffee or afternoon lounging. The location is perfect: on a very quiet street, but a 60-second walk to the main village with wonderful shops, cafes and restaurants, as well as Little Beach. Susanna is a perfect host. Communication was outstanding. She was so helpful with finding places that would be open on Easter weekend. I would recommend Orchard Beach Boutique Cottage if you're looking for a relaxing place that is close to lots of amenities; I would love to go back during the summer.

It was clean, quite and very spacious. Had all you need with things like cutlery you wouldn’t think off bringing.

We very much enjoyed our stay! The location is perfect if you want to walk to main streets and has a Tim hortons right next door.

Sid was a great host. It snowed and he had someone come by and salt the place and kept in touch to see if all was good. Definity will recommend this place.

The apartment is absolutely spotless and beautifully maintained. I had the pleasure of meeting Antoinette’s husband, who was very friendly and welcoming. When we had a little trouble opening the door, they responded immediately, and he came to help us right away. The place is perfect for relaxing—peaceful, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you need. I absolutely loved my stay and would definitely come back.

This for us was home away from home! Everything therein was exquisite from the furniture, to the beddings, to the hand soap and even to the silverware! We will sure be back again. Thanks for having us

I stayed here for 4 months, and it had everything I needed. I had very few issues, but they responded to any messages I had within the hour no matter the time of day and came by very quickly to address it.

We are repeat customers at the River Merchant Inn, it’s one of our favourite places to stay on our bi-annual trips to Stratford. Fantastic location, beautifully renovated, super comfy beds, 2 squeaky clean bathrooms, washer/dryer and a well stocked kitchen. Everything is new, it’s open, bright and airy, lots of interesting designer touches. Brendan is a very responsive, proactive host, quickly responds to messages and provides excellent instructions and info. You can’t go wrong, highly recommend!

Loved our stay! There are multiple units at this address, so it can get a little noisy with people walking up and down the stairs during the day— it didn’t disturb us at all, but just a good thing to know before booking.

The place is convenient and nice and quiet ,there's washer and dryer but you have to bring on supplies and coins

Spent the weekend with girlfriends at Debbie’s beautiful condo! We were extremely satisfied with how smooth the check in was and how beautiful the space was! It was in perfect proximity to all of the local eateries and shopping downtown. Debbie gave wonderful suggestions for things to do and places to try. The beds and furniture were very comfortable and provided a perfect place to relax. This place exceeded all of our expectations. We would gladly stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone coming to the area.

Loved my stay! Quiet, beautiful, and safe. In walking distance to the entire downtown. Hosts accommodated me above and beyond. Will remember this stay fondly!
