Monthly Rentals in St. Martin Island

This is a quant quiet and very clean place to stay. The location is great. There was snow fall one night and they were there the next morning cleaning of the sidewalks for me. I have stayed here before and will be again in the near future.

Jeremy’s place was clean, cute, and close to the lake and Ludington Park. The bed was very comfortable and all amenities that we needed were provided. He was very responsive in his communication and allowed us an early check-in so we could attend two funerals. We would definitely stay here again.

This is an awesome spot! My girlfriend and I stayed for a week with our pup and loved it! Check-in and check-out were a breeze. Great area for fishing, hiking, and kayaking. Garden is a very small town which is exactly what we were looking for but others should take note and plan ahead for food/fuel. Michelle was helpful with directions to kayak launch and fishing spots. Actual space was as described and clean. We look forward to booking this space again in the future!

This place was wonderful. Our hosts were gracious & very responsive. The apartment was spacious, clean, quiet & remote. It was perfect for a couples getaway. We loved our stay and would easily recommend this place to someone else. Thank you.
