Always a great place to stay when visiting St. Louis, if you’re looking to be close to Wash U, Clayton, The Loop, or Forest Park it’s perfectly situated — and you’re far enough from downtown to have peace and quiet, but close enough to get to the stadiums easily.

Debbie’s place was stunning!! 🤩 the apartment felt very big and welcoming. The bed was very comfy. The towels in the bathroom were nice and thick like the ones we have back home. I have found a lot of air bnbs cheap out and go with a thin, small towel but not these ones! Kitchen table was great for dining and fridge and freezer were good for groceries. We will be back next year for our annual trip!!

This place is amazing! The studio is incredibly clean. The location couldn’t be better and there are several places to eat and grab a coffee within walking distance. We will be back.

The location was exactly as described in photos , very clean , cozy , & quiet and walkable to most amenities needed . If given the opportunity i would definitely stay here again

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It is in a great location with lots of things to do very close by, and easy access to the interstate. Hayden gave great instructions and it was easy to find and gain access.

What a great find! From now on when we visit St Louis, this is the first place we will check to see if it is available. Maybe the best of all the good things about the place is the neighborhood it’s in. Quiet, without traffic and friendly people. There was absolutely nothing that came up during our stay which Naomi didn’t address in advance. She really knows what she’s doing and has all the bases covered.

We absolutely loved the loft, primarily for its convenient location! We were able to take scenic walks to local attractions and restaurants, as well as the concert we were in town for. The market and deli downstairs had immaculate vibes, I don’t know how else to say it! We got coffee and breakfast down there every morning and a few evening drinks and snacks during the stay as well. I highly recommend for your STL stay! ✨

From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described — even better in person. The attention to detail, from the decor to the little touches like snacks and fresh towels, made a big difference. The host was super responsive, kind, and respectful of privacy. The location was peaceful and safe, with easy access to everything I needed. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, stress-free experience. I loved this place. Clean and inviting. I loved the decor and the little extra touches i.e. toiletries & hand soap, coffee pods, ear plugs & a white noise machine. Just little things that added to the overall stay. We will definitely stay again when we come back to St Louis. The one con is there are several stairs to the actual unit, but that will not keep me from coming back. It was just a fyi.

Our stay was awesome! The entire place place clean and well organized. We had an issue with the touchless sink needing batteries and the host Brandon was very responsive and got someone out to fix it quickly. The beds were comfortable and the towels were top tier. The only aspect you might want to consider for your stay is if your a light sleeper it is a pretty busy neighborhood both at night and in the morning. Overall, very pleased with the stay!

Such a beautiful place in a great location!

The place was beautiful - fun and cozy and perfect for a weekend away. Nice and close to lots of good restaurants, shopping, and the amazing park to walk in. We had a great stay!

Joe's place was spotless and roomy. The high ceilings and sliding wooden doors are beautiful. We had everything we needed!

This place was great for our visit to WashU. It was spacious, trendy, comfortable and clean. The building had a lot of cool spaces and amenities that we didn't get a chance to take advantage of but I would encourage others to save some time to utilize. It is an extremely walkabout area, right next to the park and a quick drive for us to WashU. Urus was accommodating to our early arrival which is always appreciated.

it was a great place to stay i enjoy myself. we didn't get a change use the hot tub but the pool made up for that because it felt like an hot due to it being heated but very good place to stay 👌

Taylor is my favorite host. I know I can count on her listings to be home away from home. I’ve booked 3 different locations with Taylor and they all were exactly what we needed for the occasion. It’s always clean, nicely decorated, and smelling wonderful. She’s so responsive and helpful, there’s always something to entertain my babies, and they Love The Snacks! 10 out of 10- I give Taylor a 20! DEFINITELY recommend!

Thank you so much for everything! We had an 8 hour drive and a long day before checking into our unit. Checking in and staying was the perfect relief at the end of a very long night and day. I understand and appreciate that Joe did try to get our unit ready for us earlier than normal but wasn't able to. My family each had a long bath in the huge tub, then slept like the dead. Everything was comfortable and clean, it was the perfect reward at the end of a long drive. We appreciate you hosting us! 💜

This was our first experience using Airbnb and we had a great weekend stay at helue’s! It was relatively close to the activities we went to do, It was a cute place and the other residents were also very friendly!

We had a fantastic stay at Joe’s place in Soulard! We were a group of two adults, two toddlers, and a grandma, and the space worked perfectly for all of us. The location was ideal—an easy drive to everywhere we wanted to go, and we loved being able to walk to dinner each night. The neighborhood felt safe, charming, and full of character. The unit itself was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would absolutely stay here again—thanks, Joe!

Have stayed with Joe a couple of times now. He is always very responsive and proactive when I have stayed with him. Always has recommendations and is looking for ways to make your stay more enjoyable. Very familiar with local food spots and area entertainment! Highly recommend and will try to stay with him again when in the STL area.
