Holiday rentals with a fire pit in St Kilda

This is the perfect place if you're looking for a pleasant, semi rural location for a medium short or even a long stay. Alieh is the perfect host and the flat itself has everything you need. We were 2 Brits coming to OZ for a year and needed somewhere to stay for a month while finding out feet. This worked beautifully for us. The location is slightly out of the way which for us was fine as we could come back to our haven after job hunting and football training. Alieh was brilliant to deal with and took us under her wing. We had a lovely stay at Magdalena's place with family. It is so nice having a nice pet-friendly place to stay, with a great big backyard, table tennis table, and everything you need for a very comfortable stay, including a very comfortable living area and beds. Some breakfast and other goodies were much appreciated. Magdalena is a very friendly, responsive and accommodating host.

What a beautifully styled home - straight from the pages of Vogue magazine! The location is 200m from Lune Croissant which was a fantastic spot to grab morning coffee and treats. And the bed and linen was an absolute dream! Lucas was a super responsive host and helped with any requests quickly. Loved my stay!

62 Millers Road, Seaholme, is a fantastic property in a prime location. Its proximity to the beach, parks, and walking trails makes it ideal for outdoor enthusiasts. The home offers a well-thought-out layout, spacious rooms, and modern amenities, making it both functional and comfortable. The area is quiet yet conveniently connected, with Seaholme train station and bus routes nearby, providing easy access to the city and surrounding suburbs. Local schools, cafes, and shops are just a short drive away, adding to its appeal. The neighborhood’s relaxed, community-focused vibe makes it an excellent place to live. Overall, 62 Millers Road is a perfect combination of location, convenience, and quality living.

JP's house is one of, if not the, nicest Airbnbs I've stayed at. The location is great, with an easy walk to Gertrude, Smith, or Brunswick Streets and a short tram ride into the CBD. There's so much to see and do nearby. The interior of the house is beautifully designed and very pleasant to spend time in, it feels even bigger than it looks in the listing photos. We had a toddler and infant with us and it was a very family friendly space with a swing set in the back yard that our toddler loved and a great playground just down the street, with just some glass art on lower shelves to watch out for. The wifi was a little spotty at times so maybe not ideal for work travel, but for a holiday to Melbourne I really can't recommend it highly enough and would love to stay there again.

It was a wonderful stay. Everything was precisely perfect as expected, even though we spent less time at home and mostly used it for sleeping only due to heaps of activities. It was a great, hassle-free place with modern equipment. I definitely recommend it. Hope we visit again.

Robert was a fabulous host as he was responsive and helpful. The house was ideal for our 3 generations to stay as it was homely and had enough space for everyone to co exist. We could relax and enjoy the place without worrying about the house being too pristine to move. Great family getaway. Thanks Robert.

The apartment is located in downtown Melbourne, in a very new high rise and was impeccably clean. There is a small IGA a few doors down and some good bars and restaurants close by, as well as only 2 blocks from the Southern Cross station and the river. Although it is relatively sparsely furnished, it has everything that we needed for a short break, and the gym in the building is much better than most hotel gyms. Chris was very responsive and allowed us to leave our luggage because our flight arrived in Melbourne early. Although it didn't impact us because we were out an about for most of the day, there is no TV (but a piano if you are musically inclined) and while the bed was comfortable, it was like a futon on the floor, so it may not be ideal for older people with mobility issues. The price was amazing for such a nice apartment on a high floor in central Melbourne, and I would definitely recommend the apartment.

Spotlessly clean with very helpful & prompt communication from hosts. A lift up to unit from basement carparking. Spotlessly clean, with many well thought out extras. Comfortable lounge seating & a perfect out door area. I would highly recommend it to potential guests ... travelling by car ( easy parking)... plus coming by tram or train from city ( stops & station very close). Thank you hosts Dean & Kristen

Simon's communication was amazing, we got the keys easily and got comfortable very quickly. It is located in the middle of the CBD, Melbourne central is right around the corner and with the tram system it makes it so easy to get anywhere. View was gorgeous and kitchen was cute. Bathroom wall near the shower had some stain that looked like rust? Not super sure what that was. The shower makes the bathroom very steamy and the water does get all over the floor. Bed's weren't very comfortable. Ammenities were accessible and really great. Overall, it was a good for a few nights

Great little apartment, super well located and easy to get to everything we needed. The building complex is lovely with an amazing pool/outdoor area and the apartment itself was clean and had everything we needed. David was an excellent host- very communicative and helpful when we needed to extend our stay!
