A well decorated and comfortable home to relax and rejuvenate. It is very close to the water where you can take the water ferry to NYC. Very peaceful stay. We will definitely stay here again!

My partner and I stayed here for a quick staycation, and we couldn’t have been happier with the experience. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly what we needed to unwind without going too far from the city. It felt like a little retreat right in our own backyard. Communication with the hosts was great — they were responsive, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. We really appreciated their attentiveness and how easy they made everything from check-in to check-out. We actually loved it so much, we already booked our next staycation! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing, well-hosted space close to home.

The place was great, while the building is a bit older, the unit itself is well maintained and very clean. Sebastian was highly responsive throughout.

Great place to hang out while in town to visit our daughter! Peaceful, pleasant neighborhood. Everything easily walkable. Bonus Memorial Day parade down 3rd Ave with Saturday Night Fever scores courtesy high school bands! 😄

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The place was exactly as described. Yaliana was quick to respond when we had questions. The neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed visiting the local diner and there was an excellent restaurant up the street that had great margaritas.

This space is even better in person. We were shocked to have a full 3 bedroom apartment in the New York metro area. As well as 2 full bathrooms. Doesn't hurt that its 50 steps from the metro either.

Perfect place for exploring Jersey City and NYC! Only a short walk to the PATH that takes you straight into NYC and we already really enjoyed exploring the surroundings in Jersey City. Maureen was super communicative and always responsive and proactively messaged us with instructions for check-in and out. It was a super smooth process and the place is absolutely lovely. Clean, has everything you need an feels private and tucked a way from the hustle and bustle of the city. Would highly recommend!

My friend and I came to town to catch a NWSL game in Harrison. This spot was perfect! Walkable to the arena and to Newark Penn. Katie is an amazing host! She was responsive and friendly and helped to make us feel welcome. Her place is beautiful and cool.

Fidel was very friendly and provided plenty of recommendations for local restaurants and places to go. I had a late check in, but he provided a tour of the apartment and amenities, and always made sure to say hello when we crossed paths. The apartment was beautifully styled and it is obvious that a lot of thought, care, and planning was put into the space. The bed and couch were very comfortable, and the kitchen had anything you could need during your stay. The apartment is also very convenient to local restaurants and shops.

It’s a pretty rad spot on the edge of the East Village. Perfect for a few nights in the city. Communication is very good, everything went as stated and all codes and check in were smooth. Recommended.

This was a great place for me and my family to stay. Had plenty of room and was exactly as pictured. I found it awesome that you can watch airplanes take off right from the balcony about every minute throughout the day. It was fun and fascinating for the kids and I. We were mainly only there in the late evening and night to sleep. Finding parking wasn't always easy but we managed! Very happy with our stay!

Felt like home. The private parking is a plus. Rooftop is amazing especially at night. We overall loved our stay and look forward to doing it again in the near future.

The place was fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. The walk for the path is around 9 minutes to go manhattan (easy to go and come back) Hosts are great and friendly, always asking if you need anything. Such a great place!!

The host was incredibly helpful and kind, always available to assist with anything I needed. Thanks to their warm hospitality, I enjoyed a peaceful and beautiful stay. An excellent place to stay in Harlem, centrally located near the 125th street subway station. You can easily get anywhere you want to go quick and easy. Lots of good restaurants nearby, along with bodegas and a (albeit expensive) grocery store. Its nice that the owners live on site, and they were very helpful and friendly. Having a big tub with jets in the room is a huge bonus if you aren't used to the amount of walking you are in for in NY. I'll definitely be back!

Everything about this apartment was excellent. Locale, layout, spotless. Couldn't get enough of both the daytime and nighttime views. Steven was an excellent host. Communicative, answered my myriad of questions, provided recommendations for a great nearby grocery and wine store that we frequented several times. Easy to get a taxi and a short walk to the subway. Started to feel like a local after just a day or so! This will for sure be our go-to place next time we visit NYC.

Nicely renovated basement apartment. Ben was a wonderful host and made our stay comfortable. Kitchen had everything that we needed and having a designated parking spot was great. It is a short walk away from the apartment. Backyard was ideal has we were traveling with our dog. Location was perfect for our event at Liberty State Park. Would recommend if you plan to visit Jersey City.

Wonderful place,enjoyed my stay

Ed was very easy to communicate with, we had questions or wanted clarification and he was fast to respond in a very friendly and welcoming manner. This place was super clean, and comfortable.

From start to finish this was a brilliant experience. Flat is amazing so well equipped. All the appliances seemed brand new and of very high quality. there is a corner store deli at end of the block. A park a couple of blocks away. . Whilst it is not super close to any single metro it is walking distance to quite a few different lines which makes sightseeing and exploring super easy. We had a couple of really warm days so it was fantastic to have the lovely private deck for breakfast or a drink in the evening . This was one of the best Airbnbs ive been in. Cubyson and team were so kind and accomodating . if you are thinking about this one just do it....clean ...safe ..well equiped and great location. the games room with a big fridge and kitchenette was a perfect hang out space . We were a family group of 6 adults....2 couples and 2 singles so this was perfect.

The view is priceless. By day, by night, anytime. The apartment itself is great, too: spacious, well furnished, a huge kitchen, perfectly equipped. Less than 20 minutes by bus to Times Square, but located in a calm and safe neighborhood across the Hudson River. For some, the steps up to the fifth floor might be an impediment, but that’s really the only issue I could think of. Absolute recommendation!
