Holiday rentals with lake access in St. Clair

I believe I have now stayed here 3 or 4 times! It’s my go to on the lake and I won’t settle for any other place! This place is a must stay for anyone visiting the area, and it is especially fisherman friendly. Great boat access and great parking!

This home was one of the BEST Airbnb’s we have ever stayed in! Extremely clean, sooo comfortable, very spacious, and just perfect! Doreen is an AMAZING host! She was able to accommodate our early check in, and with the unexpected snow, they shoveled the driveway and walk way for us! Communication was great, the home was huge and beautiful. I cant say enough, that this home was super CLEAN! Right on the lake with amazing views! The 4 full bathrooms made this home perfect for our group of 5 adults. We want to stay here every time we are in michigan. You wont regret renting this home!! Oh and the fireplace made the home nice and cozy!!

Great stay, perfect spot to have quick access to the lake if you brought a boat. House was clean and had all the amenities you could ask for. We had a great time, and will be making this our go to place for our annual trip.

This Airbnb was nothing short of amazing! The location was stunning, overlooking the water. The Airbnb itself was bright and spacious, with everything you needed to feel right at home. The sunset view was absolutely breathtaking every night and the hot tub was such a nice treat after long days. The only 2 things that could make it even better: First would be having hand towels in the bathrooms (George did tell us we had to bring towels, but we figured he meant bath towels and didn’t think to bring hand towels too). Second, the stairs to the airbnb door are quite steep which was fine for us, but worth making note of if anyone has mobility issues. Also, the private beach access is borderline dangerous, with broken steps and uneven ground. However, it did look like there was construction underway for new stairs, hopefully! Overall, George was great and we loved this place. Looking forward to booking again in the future!

Very comfortable stay, super clean & neat. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for simple hot meals. Relaxing hot tub just right for two, and oodles of clean towels. Really want to say I appreciate hosts like Jamieson who politely request a few reasonable housekeeping tasks of his guests, instead of long lists of required chores and exorbitant cleaning fees. Would definitely stay there again.

Our 2nd stay at Troy’s!!! More trips coming also this summer! As I stated before, super lake front home- just perfect! Safe, restaurant within walking distance! Plenty of room for truck and boat! Close to numerous boat launches! The home is just perfect decor and waking up with the sun/lake in your face makes this home a huge bargain! Also can dock quickly can grab some lunch or anything you forgot on boat! Thanks Again Holly & some fisherman from Ohio

Patrick’s place was perfect. Easy to find and peaceful location. Place was exactly as described and what was in the pictures. Would definitely say again.

Katie is a great host. Her lakeside hot tub home is as beautiful as pictured. Everything you need can be found throughout the house... in cabinets, drawers, closets. I told her it was my son's birthday and she left him a special birthday treat. She was also very generous with snacks and drinks.

From the moment I messaged Louise she was very open,honest and kind. Super easy to get a hold of and responded quickly. Answering anything I asked. The home is gorgeous. I cant even begin to tell you how beautiful it really is. Every minor detail, decor piece and little detail is so well put together, homey and thoughtful. The house has a welcoming feeling about it to the point where youre so calm and at peace. That doesnt come easy. The rooms are spacious, and lots of storage if you need it. Bedding and beds are wonderful. The bathroom is also super amazing with a double sink for getting ready. The yard is stunning and well maintained, you can tell she takes great pride in every aspect of their home. It was a dream to stay here and I can not recommend it enough!! If you have the chance, please go stay here.

Daniel was an awesome host ! Stayed here on a weekday and had everything ready for me and my friends - was very easy to book with and was accommodating as well as attentive . The place was beautiful with a mix of old, new and fun designs throughout the apartment. Will definitely book again next time we are in the area :)

I was raised much of my younger years in New Baltimore. It's a great location near my family, high school friends, several restaurants, & the park on the bay. Many interesting area sites & museums are within an hour drive. Everything needed to be comfortable is within the unit. Gina, Thanks for being a good host.

This is a basement apartment Airbnb, which I usually try to avoid, as we have experienced a basement Airbnb where we could hear every word the owners above us were saying. But this basement Airbnb we could not hear anything above us, so it was private. There is a soaking tub/shower with a rain shower shower head. The tub/shower, being a soaking tub, is high to get in and out of. But it has excellent water pressure. The bathroom is not right next to the bedrooms. We always bring our own nightlights in case this is the case. So, with the tall tub and bathroom not near the main bedroom, I am not sure I would recommend it for older people such as ourselves, but for a younger person, it would be perfect.

Enjoyed our time in the area. I'm from the lake area and enjoyed being centrally located to friends and family. Its a quiet location for the most part. Commonly refered to as a carriage house, located over the garage, you do here conversations and comings and goings of people adjacent to the property. We found everything we needed in the apartment. Bed was firm. which we enjoy, very cofortable. Linens were nice and served our stay well. Heating and cooling worked well and there was ample hot water. It takes a bit to reach the upstairs, but once it does, the pressure is good. Be aware that the stairway up is quite steep...may not be suitable for some. There are hand rails and a light in the stairway. There are a number of restaurants in the area...M29 diner is a favorite and Marine City Fish Company just up the river is also one of our area favorites. We would maybe stay here again if in the area, but think we prefer fully private dwellings.

Great place. Very clean, comfortable beds, fabulous location. We went on some lovely walks in the neighbourhood and on the beach. Grand Bend is a four minute drive away and we had an exceptional dinner at The Tipsy Pelican.

Great cottage! Perfect for a family getaway. We enjoyed the beautiful beach which was a short walk away and the lovely yard. We had several bonfires and enjoyed the cozy cottage environment. Wonderful stay!

This is a great cottage with a fantastic view! Lots of room, comfortable with well appointed with modern furniture and appliances. Anita is a terrific host! If you’re looking for a vacation spot in this area, any time of the year, absolutely choose this place. 10/10

A beautiful beach vibe, well appointed and tastefully decorated. Comfortable beds, hot water on demand tankless water heater and well equipped kitchen. Added bonus is the firepit!

Our stay was great! The airbnb was so cozy- it was the perfect winter getaway with the fireplaces and cozy atmosphere of the home. Our host was great and we even extended our stay an extra day because we loved it so much! We highly recommend going to the local museum (it’s a bit hard to access the lake in the winter from our experience because it snowed a bunch but there’s still lots to do). Would definitely go again!
