Went with group of 5 men that go to the Frozen Four every year. Didn't spend a lot of time at the place but it had everything that is important to us -- Clean, great TVs, good wifi, excellent beds and a great bathroom and shower and very quiet.

A self contained apartment located in the basement of our home. 2 private entrances, self check-in and check-out. The neighbors in our cul-de-sac are trees and cardinals (the birds not the baseball players.) Quiet enough to work, work, work. Spacious enough to play, play, play. Christian Hospital 6 min, Airport 17 min, Busch Stadium 24 min, Convention Plaza 24 min, Downtown St. Louis 25 min. Very near nature reserves and confluence of Missouri and Mississippi Rivers.

I really enjoyed the stay a lot the house was so clean and felt very welcoming to be there I loved the walk way and the garden it was very lovely and they were very friendly everyone who was there was Chris responded very quickly and was so helpful lots of things to do not that far away and good restaurants nearby.

Tarah was fantastic! She has such a beautiful property, we fell in love. Very friendly, and there were times we would talk and not even realize how much time had passed by. The air bnb was very clean, had great streaming services, and if we needed anything she was quick to respond and do her best to help us. This stay truly felt like i was back home, and had just made a new friend. I would absolutely recommend this place and host!

This was the perfect weekend stay for our friend’s wedding! Very convenient location being close to the venue. Maddy was quick to respond to messages, sent clear instructions for check in, and the welcome book was a great resource. Beautiful little apartment, perfect for one or two people! A great neighborhood too, felt very safe and secure and there was a lot around the area. Easy to get to and her instructions were clear. She was easy to get ahold of and responded quickly. The apartment had great amenities, everything was as listed. Highly recommend this place!

We had a nice stay in Gary’s guest suite. The room was just as described in the listing and easy to access. Everything looked and felt very clean. A lot of thought was put into making the suite cute and cozy. The only downside would be the noise level coming from the main living space early in the morning, but that’s to be expected with the suite being part of the main house. Overall, it was a great space to relax for a quick getaway.

The Cul-de-Sac Retreat

Great 3 bedroom home w a second seperate unit in the basement for other guests with own entrance and parking. Upstairs unit is super cozy and feels like home. Hosts are sweet and responsive. Home is clean. A few suggestions would be better/more towels for guests staying longer than a few days. Floors are super squeaky and pans are getting old/scratched up. Yard chairs could use an upgrade/are broken Otherwise great quiet location, huge deck, firepit, keuirg and super hosts. Def recommend, we were 10 mins from St. Peters and close to major highways and shopping.
