Beacher's Lodge Balcony Suite #304

This charming 3rd floor Balcony Suite is just peachy! The warm cream tones in this lovely condo melts away the stressors of real life, as you relax beach side. The queen sleeper sofa has a memory foam mattress and is the perfect spot to watch the 26" Flat Screen TV. Recently updated with new modern appliances in the kitchen, this condo is fully equipped with a flat top stove and oven, large refrigerator and all that you need to make a meal on the ocean front. The bathroom has been updated to include a newer tub and tile surround. Extra wide mirrors make getting ready a breeze. An entryway cabinet is a great place to catch your keys. In the private bedroom is a comfortable queen size bed and standard 19" TV. The closet is enclosed with mirrored doors. If you enjoy a ceiling fan while you are sleeping, this might be the perfect suite for you. Bring your furry family members, as this condo will allow a pet. We do not recommend our bronze rated condos for a 1st time visit to Beacher's Lodge. PETS ARE ALLOWED. TWO PETS MAX. $75 PER PET. NON-REFUNDABLE. Minimum age to rent is 21 years old

The tiny house at the Crescent Beach house is a one bedroom one bath detached guesthouse ! The bedroom includes a queen bed and closet. There is a great kitchen with a full size stove/oven, keurig, and microwave. Wifi and large smart tv for own subscriptions, no cable. Beach chairs, towels, and umbrella included! Soak in the great Florida beach lifestyle. There’s a board walk beach access at the end of the street ! This tiny house is adjacent to a two story home which is a separate Airbnb!
