Apartment Tea - cosy studio for unforgettable stay

Apartment Tea is spacious and very comfortable studio, situated at the very center of Malinska, but being sheltered from the streets, it offers privacy. You can enjoy your mornings or calm sunsets at the big 20m2 terrace, with the sea view. The nearest beaches, bars, restaurants, market places or sea promenade are only 3 min walk from the house. The house has a private parking in the frontyard, and bike storage free of charge for our guests. The courtyard has grill and benches available.

Our house is located in Čižići, approximately 50 meters from the beach. The property boasts a quiet and secluded location with shaded on-site parking. The apartment has a private entryway/balcony, and a big terrace with the beautiful sea and garden views. Inside is one bedroom with a queen-sized bed , bathroom with shower, kitchen/dining room, and living room with a pull-out sofa. In the back of the house we have common dining and BBQ area and outside shower to enjoy.

Outdoor area with private pool also has a barbecue and a terrace with outdoor furniture. The garden is full of greenery which makes it very relaxing and enjoyable! Fully equipped and nicely furnished, this house is a perfect choice for your vacation! The pool is in use in the period from 15.04.-15.10.

Our homestay offers a unique retreat. As your host, I stay on-site in a separate space in the basement ( with own kitchen and bathroom) and outside the main house, ensuring your privacy while remaining available to enhance your stay. Our guests can indulge in healing mud baths nearby and savor homemade meals, at the restaurant along the sea. Additionally and complimentary, the guests can eat everything that is growing in the garden.

This studio apartment is particularly popular because of its beautiful view of the sea and the whole bay with the many small beaches and healing mud. We would like to point out that smoking is not permitted inside the villa, but you are of course allowed to smoke on the balcony and in the outdoor area.
