This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. SFIDA Residence is a luxury facility in the old town of Korcula that contains a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, and two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. By reconstructing the existing building, SFIDA Residence retained all the original elements of the construction, and with modern design and technology, it was transformed into a luxuriously equipped holiday residence. SFIDA Residence is equipped with WI-FI internet, LCD TVs, and all rooms are air-conditioned and have underfloor heating.
