Monthly Rentals in Springvale

Kitchen fully stocked - like someone's house rather than the bare minimumof a motel. Clear communications from hosts. Friendly and easy to deal with. Location excellent for this visit - close to friends house. Enjoyed the walk round the deer park and up the hill overlooking the lake. It had everything we needed, was clean and comfortable, and I'd happily stay there again. Great shower.

Location was perfect for us, close to the stadium and not far to city centre. Very clean, comfortable and stocked with not only everything we needed but spoilt with the extras stocked in the fridge and pantry for us. Loved having the extra tv in the bedroom chrome cast for both so no arguments over what to watch. Host was quick to respond and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

House was well equipped and very spacious.Lovely large back and front gardens.Bus stop nearby but not many buses so we used taxis into town and back. Host was very helpful on the two occasions I called her. There were only 2 of us but would be great for a family. We enjoyed our stay.
