Kick back, relax in this calm and cozy 400 sqft space. Located in a peaceful neighborhood within 5 minutes of restaurants, grocery stores, parks, pools, attractions, and main . Laundromat, convenience store across the main street. Minutes from Winton woods Park. No smoking allowed. THIS SUITE IS ABOVE OUR DETACHED GARAGE! so you may hear it sometimes, usually not too often. Water heater is a small apartment-size unit but it doesn't take long to reheat. Please only book if you are okay with this.

Historic Mount Healthy is 10 miles north of downtown Cincinnati and boasts small businesses, parks, and is a walkable community. The space is a bedroom and bathroom in the upstairs of our farmhouse.
