Antonia hosts a modern, cozy property featuring three cottages (each have two themed guest suites with a kitchenette). We stayed in the "Captain" cottage and definitely enjoyed our stay! There are also five themed guest rooms attached to a main "house". With eleven possible parties staying at any given time, everything seems to run very smoothly...like an intimate inn. There is ample parking, a Keurig machine in the lounge area, a mini fridge with a selection of sodas, and even towels for the hot tub/pool. They thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable. It certainly is a fantastic property just a few blocks from restaurants and activities in Dunedin. Thank you so much. We will be back to visit again!

We absolutely loved it here. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Hot tub was a great amenity. The shed full of beach needs was amazing! Definitely would stay here again!

My boyfriend and I picked this place to visit his parents who live in Settlers Rest. This was a very clean and renovated place. Very easy to find and we arrived around 11pm as we drove from PA. Our packet with the key was easy to find and we did not have any issues. There were documents to fill out which I did not know about until I received a call from the office and they were understanding. We also brought our two dog's along and were asked for the vaccine records. I had these with me because my boyfriends parents told me to bring them otherwise I would not have had them. Otherwise everything was great and Kimberly responded quickly to all questions and everyone at the office was very nice. We would stay here again!

Cozy, comfortable, yet two stories with plenty space to stretch out, scenic view with a hot tub, nice balcony view for coffee in the morning. Can’t go wrong.

Vanessa is the best host anyone could ask for! She is down to earth, friendly, inviting and just a down right sweetheart. We felt very taken care of and it was a joy to stay on her property. She sure knows how to make an occasion feel special!!

I had a pleasant stay at Dallas’ little cottage. I was traveling alone with my medical foster and felt incredibly safe, even after arriving pretty late. There were guests in the house up front, but were quiet and respectful. The size is perfect for solo or a couple. The decor was tasteful, house was clean (no pet smell) and having a fence was convenient. Loved how walkable the neighborhood was too! It is an older house with typical character-filled imperfections, but I love that vibe and the warmth it gives. As a heads up to anyone unsteady on their feet, the floor does slope in some areas. The only star I knocked for description was for the additional pet rules posted in the house that weren’t in the online listing at the time of booking/stay. Biggest one to note is that pets are not permitted to be on the furniture (understandable, but a surprise). With a velcro dog, that put me in a predicament. If your needs match with the rules, it is a solid choice!

We LOVED staying at Christopher’s. The apartment was exactly what we needed. The neighborhood is adorable and so close to downtown. Christopher was an absolute gem of a host who went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. So grateful! Would return.

While staying in Indians Rock Beach, the apartment was just what we needed. It was a perfect size for the 3 of us. And so close to the beach. We took his recommendations and went to Cooky Coconut while the sun was setting. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Great amenities for the beach we were grateful for. We absolutely love staying at this property! It is our third time booking. The cottage is always impeccably clean and in a very safe area. It is stocked with everything you need. We love Coral Cottage! And Barbara is very friendly and so responsive. Dunedin is an amazing, quaint little town with so many wonderful food choices. Cafe' Alfresco is our personal favorite. Barbara's cottage is just a couple blocks from downtown Dunedin and only a 15 minute drive to Honeymoon Island State Park or Clearwater beach. I always pick up a piece of jewelry as a memento when we go on a trip. Just kitty-corner from the Airbnb is a charming jewelry store filled with beautiful, unique pieces that are reasonably priced. Romantique Jewelers. Just ask for Kimber, she's a doll! Don't hesitate to book this property for your next trip!!!

The location was great. Place was tidy and clean also checking in was super easy. Tons of things to do nearby. Neighborhood was quiet. Host was super responsive and made our stay perfect! Would book this again it’s just as you see!!!

Beautiful little house, only a 1 block walk to the beach. Many restaurants, bars, shopping areas all within walking distance. The sound of the pickle ball players and laughter in the park while sitting on the back patio was a very nice touch! Overall fantastic experience, we will be back!!

A cute cottage. We felt comfortable and safe. The keurig and coffee pods were a nice touch. We enjoyed our coffee on the screened back porch.

Nicole was very responsive! 1 of the beach chairs was broken and she had chairs delivered same day. Loved having beach cart and beach towels to use. House very clean. Great location close to the beach. Would definitely stay here again

We had a great stay! We loved the view and loved feeding the baby goats and cows! We came for a trip to check out the Weeki Wachi springs and it was about 20 minutes away, so very close. The cabin was cozy, comfortable and had everything we needed. Brandy was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend this place to a friend!

You can truly tell that these owners put their all in to what they do. The suite was so clean and nicely decorated and they went the extra mile to include everything you might need. They even included a sweet treat at check in which we enjoyed. We will definitely be back again!

Our stay was wonderful; the cottage was just as described and looked in the photos. Everything inside was immaculately clean and very well maintained with plenty of amentities available throughout. We were extremely please with our choice to stay here, as it was our first experience with an Air B & B and would be more than happy to suggest this as a place to stay for anyone.

We are so happy we chose Dardens cabin as our spot to reset and relax. We work a lot and rarely get a chance to take time for ourselves and we were definitely due. My favorite part was being able to sit in the screened in patio, read a book and enjoy the beautiful nature outside while my boyfriend cooked on the grill. This place did exactly what we needed it to do and would definitely come back again.

My sister and I just enjoyed our 3rd annual trip to this fabulous Airbnb just steps from the beach and already talking about doing the same next year. The little house is adorable and furnished with all the essentials and so clean and welcoming. The Kooky Coconut restaurant next door was our go to for lunches and dinners. Our afternoon treat was root beer floats out on the beach listening and watchung the waves. I am so glad I stumbled across this hidden gem while searching for a nice quiet place to stay on the beach!

One of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in. Location was PERFECT, literally across the street from the boardwalk to the beach and short walks to food and convenience. The space itself was very clean, up to date, Ect. Perfect for a a solo or couple traveling. Brandy herself was so kind and accommodating, and just a very warm individual in general. But most of all- her attention to detail was incredible. Packets of local recommendations, small notes on gates/doors/sink/lights just to help answer any questions that might cross your mind in real time, ect. Outdoor shower to rinse sand off before going into your unit. Picnic table and grill were nice. Finally, giving guests access to Beach Umbrellas, Beach chairs, goggles, ice packs, a small cooler, remaining bug spray, aloe, and sunscreen, are all things that make this stay a game changer, as I often forget to pack things like this and end up buying them for a one- time use. Perfect doesn’t exist, but this is the closest thing to it.
