Beautiful home and property! Fresh cut flowers were in the home and on the porch, and a box of cookies waited for us on the kitchen counter. Willie was very proactive in making sure we had everything we needed.

We absolutely loved our time here! The house is so cute and cozy. After spending the day exploring beautiful Coeur d’Alene, we looked forward to relaxing in the evenings around the fire pit. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

What a gem! It’s really amazing to stay in a place where such a beautiful lake view just surrounds you! It’s new, and the design really does feel luxury. Jackie and her husband were great hosts and had plenty of local recs, including for dog-friendly places. Highly recommend!

They were very nice & responded quickly when we had questions. They were so kind they even lent us their crockpot!

After staying at Vince’s place next door and having a fantastic experience, we decided to try this one out and it did not disappoint. This home has a totally different vibe: super cozy, peaceful, and perfect for a laid-back family weekend or group getaway. You can tell Vince put the same care into creating a relaxing space that balances comfort, privacy, and fun. The backyard setup is amazing, a hot tub, a cold plunge, a large sauna, and a private patio that’s great for meals or just hanging out under the stars. Then a second hot tub off the primary suite balcony! We loved how quiet it felt, even being so close to all the CDA action. Plus, the detached room with the pool and ping pong tables was a fun bonus space, great for late night games. Everything was clean, well-stocked, and easy to use. The layout worked great for our group, especially with the extra privacy in the detached space. Vince was, once again, an awesome host. If you’re considering this spot, book it!

Great place, as described. Even had some small snacks, coffee pods & laundry soap which was nice! Hardly any check out procedures to follow makes this place a star for us 🌟 easy breezy!!! We will definitely return. We also liked the tv feature which allows you to select your checkout date and automatically logs you out of any apps (Netflix, etc) which I haven’t seen before. Cool! We did not encounter any issues during this stay.

Our group (grandparents, kids, AND dogs) were in the area for a baseball tournament that was hosted at Whitworth College. The location was great for our purposes. The house also fit us all, with the backyard a big plus. We made most of our meals there also, which was great. Overall we had a wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our weekend at Ginger's Place. There were so many thoughtful little touches that made it comfortable and homey. We would love to stay here again next time we visit our daughter.

Perfect family space! Great kitchen area to cook & eat together. Living room was cozy & plenty of room. Loved the sleeping areas to spread out & have our own rooms. Enjoyed our mountain condo time here!

The cabin was rustic, cozy, and secluded at the top of the hill which we loved! The check in process was a breeze and staff at the campsite were super friendly. Perfect distance from town too. Would definitely recommend friends/family to stay here.

My husband and I loved our stay at Lynda's place! She was friendly, accommodating and the best communicator. Everything was as described. With all that's offered in her safe private community, you feel like you're in a resort. Community Pool and Hot Tub, access to the beautiful Lake and lots of paved areas for a long walk. The town of Sandpoint is so relaxing and peaceful with lots to explore there, as well as surrounding areas. Wonderful visit!

Great place to stay for a quiet getaway with my husband. Quiet and peaceful, yet just 10 minutes from downtown CDA restaurants, parks & shops. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with windows on all walls to see the beauty outside. We enjoyed sitting in the gazebo watching the sun go down and the boats go by. Katherine was always available to help with any questions and local recommendations.

We had a get together with cousins big and little and had the most amazing time! We loved the warm pool to make it feel like summertime despite all the snow. Plenty of space for all of the kids and adults to spend time together. Everything was clean and as pictured!

We had a great time staying here! The location was perfect and we had plenty of room for two families with babies.

This is our second stay; one over New Years and one in late June…both were great times of the year to vacation here. We come with large family groups and having the flexibility to retreat to our own facility at the end of every day or midday for naps was ideal! Thank you for having us, we will be back again!

This place was absolutely lovely! Very responsive / helpful host. Everything was super clean and comfortable with great amenities. Traveling with a dog is not always easy but they had baby gates for the deck to keep her contained while we were hanging out outside. The “doggy basket” containing baggies, towels and a blanket was unexpected and so nice! We enjoyed our time sitting on the chairs in the creek. Very peaceful and secluded but still close enough to town. I would highly recommend staying here and I would love to come back in the future!

Stayed here for two nights. Jake and Kim were gracious with an early check in request. Bathroom is beautiful. Furniture in family room is comfortable as is the bed on the main floor. They are great with communication. River is beautiful. The area is peaceful. There isn't much in the way of cell service, so the wifi is great. Would definitely recommend to others for a quiet getaway. Gas station/market not too far for the quick few things you forgot.

Super unique and awesome stay right on the lake! Great amenities provided, and Nick is the most friendly and helpful host. It is very immersed in nature….so naturally there’s some nature (there’s mice that may make their way in during your stay) but don’t let that sway you, it’s an awesome stay!

Great place for my husband and I when we stopped in Spokane on our way out to Seattle. Cute and cozy and the hospitality and extra details were a great added touch! We appreciated the local recommendations and loved every single one of them! Was a great way to spend our anniversary

An L-shaped studio apt (bathroom has a door) as a standalone building on a small farm. Very quaint. Super comfortable bed. Peaceful location. Host extremely kind. I spoke with her one morning while she was feeding the horses and she was more than willing to let me hang out with them for a bit and could do so whenever, as long as I remembered to close the barn door. I got the impression this host will leave you alone if you want that but is also perfectly happy to chat if you engage. Honestly, isn't that the perfect type? Communication was excellent before, during, and at the end of our stay. There was breakfast in the fridge when we arrived (fresh eggs, crepes, and huckleberry syrup, plus yogurt) and other snacks in addition to coffee, etc. The accomodations themselves are quite comfortable. This place is perfect for a short stay, but if I were on a weeklong business/pleasure trip, I'd happily stay as well. The price takes it from a bargain to an absolulte steal.

This was one of the coolest and best airbnbs I have stayed in. It was super unique and a really tranquil experience. I would recommend to anybody looking for an outdoor glamping experience with all amenities on a great property.

We loved our stay at the stain glass cabin, definitely a hidden gem. Tish has put so much love and thought into this place. I loved being able to do a sauna in the mornings and just relax. If you need to get away and hit the reset button this is the place. Such a peaceful laid back place with lots to offer. We’ll definitely be back.

We love staying in Steve and Leslie’s place because it’s quiet and comfortable, great location for Sandpoint activities and for other adventures like Kootenai Falls in Montana, Priest Lake, Clark Fork and Selkirk Loop. Steve and Leslie are fantastic hosts and we’ll keep coming back as long as they’ll keep sharing their historic cabin with us! Great place to stay on Pend Oreille.
