My mom and I celebrated our birthday weekend with our family and had the most wonderful time at the cabin. Lindsey's cabin was the perfect place to reflect and soak in the beautiful view of the mountains and lake. We spent hours just sitting on the couch looking through the the windows at the gorgeous view. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals for our long weekend. We drove to Safeway one afternoon for anything else we wanted and it was a short drive. I'm so glad for the clear directions about getting into the driveway and all the other household details written on the fridge. I didn't need to reach out for anything. Towels and toiletries were provided and we enjoyed the hot tub while looking at the lake one afternoon. There were dog hairs on the sofa and throws. It wasn't a big deal and understandably could be from pets of other guests. I do wish this wasn't the case and this would be the only thing that could be improved.

Out of all the Airbnb's my wife and I have stayed at this was hands down our favorite. Jayme made our check in super easy, and we felt literally at home the moment we got there. The bed was comfy, the hot tub was perfect, and my favorite part was having a treager grill to cook on, i did brisket one day, and steak and shrimp another day. We enjoyed exploring the mountains while we were there, the entire trip was Exactly what we were needing. Thank you so much, we look forward to staying again soon. Josh & Michele Young.

Cannot say enough good things about this place! As my sister commented “it’s rare to find a place that’s even better in person than in photos” and this was that place! The property was so beautiful and fit my families needs perfectly! We loved that it was so quiet and peaceful yet minutes from town and restaurants if we needed. The hosts were super responsive and friendly! Plus, Daisy was the sweetest the dog! We rented all the properties on site as my family is large and it was just what we needed!

We stayed here for my sons 21st birthday w/ 3 of his best friends & 1 of their GF's! They chilled outside by the campfire & enjoyed the scenery of the lake! Wasn't until after check-in that we decided to add-on the pedal boat, which was super easy to do!! For someone that's never rented an Airbnb before, I felt like my communication was asking silly questions throughout our stay, but Nicole made me feel super comfortable & very welcoming in her lake home! Silly as this may sound for some, the very first thing that stood out to me upon check-in was the "cleanliness aroma" of walking in!! Not only did the smell stand out, it spoke for itself on the overall cleanliness & first impression beauty of their home! I'd also like to mention 2 left behind items, my sons expensive sonic toothbrush and mouthwash! I was able to remain in contact with Nicole's husband & we were easily able to coordinate with their address for me to go pick up these items! WILL DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN!

All in all a great place to stay, had everything we needed for a weekend of disc golf. Very peacefull and quite place to stay if your looking to just get away. Will definitely use it again.

Tish was fantastic! We had our own private area to bbq and access the river. The tiny home was super clean and cozy. Tish seems to have thought of everything that o make sure we had what we needed. Even bathrobes available in case we wanted to use the sauna. My kids and I loved our stay! Thank you.

Location, location, location! So close to Silverwood yet private. We felt perfectly safe letting the kids run around outside. The farm animals were friendly and fun. April left treats for us to feed them too. The mini-split kept the house nice and cool, even on the hottest days. We'll be back next year!

You and your family will love this home! It is quirky and fun but so comfortable! There are two paddle boats for your use, floaties, squirt guns, etc. We were a 3 generational party of 10 and it worked well. The outside bathroom is so convenient with the shower. We put all our extra drinks out there to refill the coolers in the shed area attached to the bathroom. If you have a boat, we recommend you using it to bring all your stuff into the home. Our host was very clear that our 70 and 80 year old parents would not do well traversing the 136 stairs down to the home so we boated them in. Lots of sheets and blankets and everything you need to cook and relax! The stove is very old so we used the BBQ and did all our cooking outside (which was lovely, actually). Don't be concerned about the water. Anna is a SPECTACULAR host!!! Cell and internet service was no problem. Don't hesitate to book this amazing vacation spot. And you can boat to restaurants and golf. Everyone had a great time!

We stayed at Sandra's cabin on a Labor Day Weekend and we loved it! The cabin was very clean - the cleanest Airb&b I have ever stayed at. The place is perfect for two people. Sandra's cabin is pet friendly. Our dog Joy enjoyed racing back and forth in a front yard. She is a smaller doggie and we had to keep an eye on her as lots of deer coming to the yard. We enjoyed watching them hanging out in the yard or picking fresh apples directly from the tree.

Jason is a great host and the home was very relaxing. We lived on the deck with wonderful views of the lake. Very quiet and the sunsets breath tacking. Would stay again.

Corey was very responsive to any requests and questions. The place was clean, comfortable and well stocked with necessary items and bonus items too. Would definitely stay there again!

I loved Nancy place . The kitchen and everything was neat, the neighborhood was peaceful . There is like 15to 20 minutes walking to the marine and a park with trail and a sandy little beach .Nancy was very responsive and flexible. Me and my family really have a good time in her house . I definitely recommend it .

The Cottage at Sandpoint is wonderful! We choose to stay there when we visit family. Everything about it is perfect: location, neighborhood, peaceful, sparkling clean, bright and lovely, all the things we needed were in the house. Margaret Ann is terrific - easy to reach and very helpful. She thinks of everything to make our stay delightful. We will be back!

Great home away from home! Perfect for couples or family’s who want to get away! Large spaces for entertaining or working.

This place was absolutely great. The host is friendly and also it's a really good deal. The only downside was when you fill the inside garbage can you are requested to leave the bag inside the house until your stay is over. I understand that it is to stop animals from getting to it but if there was an outside trash reciprocal this place would be perfect.

Andi's home is so peaceful and welcoming! It is a very quiet area and right by the water. I felt safe. And the beds are really comfortable!

We enjoyed our stay here in Sandpoint and this place was perfect for its location. The area is very walkable and we enjoyed staying near restaurants and shops. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. It’s a beautiful clean space just like the pictures. There was plenty of space with a nice living area to hang out and watch tv and play games. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and was great for taking walks. It would be a great place to visit again!

Pretty easy to find. Very easy to get in. Jack was kind enough to send me a nighttime photo of the driveway so I would see how it looked after dark. Everything worked out very easily

Julia’s cabin is clean, cozy and comfortable. She provided some thoughtful touches and was super helpful with local recommendations and super friendly.

Mike is a great host. He was very responsive, accommodating and his place was immaculate. We will be booking another one of his properties when we return to the Area.
