Apartment holiday rentals in Split-Dalmatia County

We stayed at Hrvoje’s Airbnb for a few days and couldn’t have been happier. It is a lovely spacious place with modern decor. All of the amenities are extremely clean and multiple towels were provided which was a nice touch. The location couldn’t be better, a short walk from the main centre, a lovely beach and great food places. We walked everywhere as it was so walkable. There is a bakery close by too which was a plus! I would highly recommend!

The Airbnb was so homely, clean and in a perfect location in Split old town

The accommodation was absolutely perfect, clean and fresh. Very comfortable bed, luxurious bathroom and shower and a beautiful kitchen, which also contained basic ingredients (oil, salt, pepper, but also tea and coffee) which was very helpful. The tap water was drinkable. The view from the apartment to the harbour was beautiful and it was possible to enjoy it on the spacious terrace. The beach was really just a few steps away and at the turn of May and April it was completely empty. We must mention the hostess Melania, who is the soul of the apartment house and will do everything to make you relax. Thank you very much!

The view from the apartment was absolutely incredible and we loved having access to the sea. Ana’s communication was also great. This really is a fantastic place to stay!

We had a fantastic stay! The location was absolutely perfect—close to everything we needed, yet peaceful enough to relax and unwind. The interiors and furnishings were beautifully done—modern, cozy, and clearly put together with care. Everything felt thoughtfully arranged and spotlessly clean. Our host was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout. She went above and beyond by arranging a baby chair for us, which made our stay with a little one so much easier. She was also wonderfully flexible with check-out timings, which we really appreciated. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend to anyone looking for comfort, style, and top-notch hospitality

Wonderful place to stay to avoid the main city. Lovely calm area but still has amenities around as well as wonderful scenery and beaches. The property is exactly as described and the views are better in person. Would recommend to anyone looking a place to stay outside of Split.

After having stayed at Dinka's other apartment downstairs in the same building on other occasions , this time I tried the apartment on the first floor, which turned out to be as cozy and well-equipped, and with the same amazing views. Given the storms we had during the first week of my stay, this place turned out to be the best possible choice as the balcony allowed me to be outdoors but sheltered from the rain. Dinka is a fantastic host and always makes me feel welcome and at home!

4 of us stayed in Split at Gorans and Jana’s apartment for 6 nights last week. We absolutely love it. 3 bedrooms 2 baths. The location was perfect! 10-15 minute easy walk to the center of town. We like being away from the crowds. The apartment was fully equipped with everything you would need. It was recently renovated so everything was new and the apartment was spotless! It was nice to have the washer to wash your clothes and a clothes line to dry them. They had coffee, tea and cookies for us upon arrival. 2 grocery stores 2-3 blocks away to buy food/drinks. Check in was very easy with codes to get in. If we had questions about dining, cash machines etc, they would answer immediately. When we come back to Split, we would definitely stay here again! We give it a 10 out of 10 rating!!

Jozo was an excellent host and you can clearly see the love that he’s poured into Love Hvar’s penthouse. Every detail is thought of and takes advantage of the space perfectly. Additionally the space is spotless and well kept. It’s a great location and walkable to all of Hvar town. Thanks, Jozo for an amazing stay.

Perfect location and beautifully decorated and furnished as well as being spotless with fresh flowers. I also really appreciated the extra toilet rolls, washing up liquid, tea towels and cloths, tea, coffee and milk. Too many AirBnB hosts don't provide these any more.

Igor is one of the best AirBnB hosts we have ever experienced. He personally met us at the apartment, asked about our interests for our visit, and made great suggestions to meet our wants. Igor is clearly interested in seeing his guests enjoy their stay in Split. I cannot recommend his apartment more strongly. Responds very quickly to questions and met us as we checked out, making sure that we were completely satisfied and wanting to use our feedback to make the experience for his next guest even better. Provided coffee, milk, juice and several pieces of fresh fruit. Apartment was super clean and extremely well maintained.

Robert and Natalija were great hosts. They were easy to communicate with as to location and checking in. Robert met us and took us to the apartment. The apartment was in a wonderful location in the middle of Diocletian’s Palace and very walkable to everything. It was extremely clean and had everything you would need for a long term stay. Unfortunately we only had one night. I would say this is one of the nicest apartments we have stayed in on Airbnb. If we are in Split agin I would definitely stay at Natalija and Robert’s place.

Anita is a great host and her place is by far the most beautiful Airbnb I’ve stayed at. The Airbnb and balcony view are great, and it was like staying in paradise.

It was a wonderful experience staying within the Diocletian palace that too in such a beautiful apartment. Hvorje was proactive and helped us out with the minor AC leakage we had promptly. The entire experience was as advertised.

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment, spacious balcony area perfect for a family outdoor dinner and relaxing in the hot tub. Easy walk into the old town - about 15 minutes. Marina provided clear check in instructions and recommendations on restaurants which we tried out and enjoyed! If you’re looking for a quiet place to stay and unwind after a busy day exploring then you should definitely stay here.

Josips place was great! The apartment was safe and comfortable. The terrace with the hot tub was great for evenings relaxing and taking in the views. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Split!

This was the most beautiful place. The views were breathtaking and the apartment was spacious and comfortable. Edi was a great host and very accommodating. We fell in love with Hvar and if we ever came back, this is where I’d want to stay!

From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming and service-minded—truly wonderful hosts. The apartment is in a perfect location, just a 2-minute walk to the beach promenade, restaurants, and a grocery store. It's also only a 5-minute walk to the boat that runs regularly between Okrug and the charming town of Trogir. Inside, the apartment is spotless, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and there's a Smart TV with good Wi-Fi coverage, so you can stream your own apps without any issues. The pool area is simply stunning—clean, relaxing, and a real highlight of our stay. If you're looking for top-quality accommodation with outstanding hosts and a central location in Okrug Gornji, we can warmly recommend this place. It was a great stay. There were two of us and there was plenty of room. The apartment would also be well suited for four people. The sofa covers look a bit old-fashioned, but the sensational view of the sea and the large terrace with whirlpool makes you forget that immediately. The landlady was very accommodating and helpful. The transport from the airport to the accommodation was perfectly organised. Thank you for everything

We had such a wonderful stay at Zvonimir’s place in Podstrana! The home was beautiful, clean, and had an absolutely stunning view, the kind you don’t forget. Zvonimir and his family were exceptional hosts: kind, welcoming, and genuinely thoughtful. One of the highlights was receiving some delicious homemade treats that made us feel right at home. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations, and we’d absolutely come back again. Highly recommend!
