Holiday rentals with lake access in Spirit Lake

Location worked great for us. Plenty of room for two adults. The house well well stocked with supplies needed for cooking. Very clean and comfortable!

Our stay here was amazing!! We had 3 generations ranging from 3 to 75 years old and there was something for everyone and space for all! Little kids loved the hot tub, tweenagers liked their own basement space - everyone lived the dock fishing! Amenities of the house had everything you needed, didn’t know you needed but you wanted! Bikes, kayak and ping pong table were a big hit! Can’t say enough great things about this property, the neighborhood or the hosts - we loved it all!! Thank you!!

Nice accommodating spot at the lake. It was peaceful. The house was open, comfortable and clean. Lots of big windows and light. Kitchen was well stocked. Outdoor space was nice. Neighborhood was peaceful. Kim was a great host. A+ communication. We would stay there again. Thanks!

Natasha was a great host! Her home was clean, comfortable, and it was clear she thought of even small details to make our stay great! Wonderful location! Awesome deck to grill steaks! Floor plan of house was perfect for our group! You won’t be disappointed! We even had passes to the water park included!

Great place to stay. Walkable distance to Bridges Bay resort. The home was near a pool and in a cute neighborhood. Stayed there with 14 people total and we were all comfortable! Great place to stay!

It was just what we were looking for…..quieter lake than those to the south but close enough to visit their amenities, sturdy & spacious dock, numerous places to sit outside, fun things to do inside & out. The beds felt like I was sleeping on a cloud….so comfortable!! Beautiful setting to rewind with the family!

This home was the perfect place for our family vacation! My father who is 87 years old and on hospice was able to get in the house easily and he loved the deck and comfy furniture. We all felt very much at home. Thank you!

Kelly was an excellent host. She responded immediately to any of our questions. The home is very nicely maintained and appointed with amenities which is very much appreciated. We were in town for my sons wedding and her home was located close to the venue and to where he was staying so it was very convenient for us. It’s also only a 10 min drive to the cute downtown area which had quaint shops. I would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay at Skyler’s place! This is a beautiful condo with so much space! The place was stocked with everything you couls possibly need and then some. Skyler was extremely responsive and friendly. We will definitely consider staying here again! Thank you!

Matt was great and very helpful. It was a very nice place, but it wasn’t very convenient to get to for unloading and loading our bags and supplies. Great view. Nice grassy area off the patio. Parking was not great. Overall a thumbs up.

We had a great time in this condo. It was a great space for a small extended family getaway with 5 adults and 2 kids. I wish we had more time to enjoy some of the other things in the Okoboji area!

The place was wonderful! It was centrally located on the property and everything was within a few minute walk. Great view of the lake and the fire table was a nice add for the chilly nights. The rooms were great with comfortable beds and plenty of storage. The kids loved the bunk beds, which was a huge bonus!

Stayed for about 2weeks with my brother had no issues jared taught us how to use the fireplace and was very friendly

The condo was comfortable and the building was quiet! It is positioned close to popular spots -Arnold’s Amusement park and lots of local restaurants. The amenities on the resort were great, we used the gym, the pool & zip line. It was a great getaway! Also Cera was an excellent host, quick & clear communication!

The place was comfortable, lovely, and just a great place to be. It was pretty quiet above and below us which was awesome, made it more enjoyable for our dogs. Also a bonus that it was close to the elevator and stairwell, made for easy entry and exits! Had one parking spot for sure by the garage and also plenty of parking in the general area. Great green space to take the dogs outside too! The condo had everything we needed from kitchen utensils, plenty of towels, plenty of space and washer and dryer. It included passes , we didn’t get to use them with the weather but that’s ok! Overall, a gem of a place!

My husband and I really enjoyed our recent stay at Kathy’s cottage. It has everything you need, is very clean and is a very close walk to Arnold’s Park and many other area attractions. Kathy is an awesome host. She sent clear instructions a few days prior to our visit and made sure we got checked in ok. We would love to go back and we would recommend staying here!

Jeff was great to work with. The place worked very well for us - we were there for a sailing competition and had a small motorboat that we used to support that that we kept on the pier. It’s extremely sheltered for that which was particularly great on this trip since a big storm came through one night and I would have been very worried about my boat on the main lake. It would have been nice to have some more chairs on the deck (there are 4) and at the island (there are 3) for breakfast, but that is minor and otherwise the house is well set up and works great as a base of operations for the area. There are indeed 3 real bedrooms as the description list. Often hosts will call something a bedroom that isn’t and we thought that might be the case here from the pictures, but you can trust this description. House is recently renovated inside, and Jeff made a special effort to work with us on questions we had as well as to be sure we were fully satisfied! Great few days.

Location is Excellent!! Plenty of room and beds. Bathroom was small but doable for cabin living. Lots of helpful stay items like paper plates, paper towels, plastic silverware, all things I brought from home, but were available to us. Would hope for a small travel size blow dryer for both bathrooms, but possible I missed the one for upstairs. otherwise, great, peaceful, perfect location. Easy to get to and from activities and lake. Would definitely recommend this rental and renter!!

Great place to stay. We were able to park our trucks and trailers at Bridges Bay. We had everything we needed. The garage was a little chilly with the weather but they gave is a heads up about that so we came prepared. Would definitely stay here again!

Just as pictured, 1 smaller bedroom , 1 master larger. plenty of room in rest of home. free kayaks very much appreciated. Everything we needed including firewood, games, books, puzzles, kids items very handy. Highly recommended, away from hustle and bussle but very quick to get to Arnold's park activities. Great time had by 2 kids, 2 guys fishing off dock, 2 females close to shopping!

This was a perfect place for our family. The hosts were so communicative and the house was very clean and fully stocked with anything we needed. Highly recommend this house for a relaxing stay at the lake.
