The social facilities include a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. The building is available without the presence of the owner. A spacious garden is also available for free use. Dog fee: 200 CZK/night.

The base is 3, fully equipped houses with an area of 50m2 + closed mezzanines. The ground floor of each house is a living room with a kitchenette and an 18-meter terrace, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. There are two single beds on the mezzanines.
