Questo bellissimo appartamento, situato al primo piano con accesso indipendente, dista appena 100 metri Teatro romano, reperto storico riportato da poco alla luce e dalla bellezza disarmante, vicino l'appartamento oltre al Teatro troverete chiese e monumenti appartenenti ad un'epoca ormai lontana, che ancora oggi suscita mistero e bellezza: L'impero Romano. Il Mare e le Spiagge distano solo 5 minuti di auto e 15 se si decide di andare a piedi. Siete praticamente a due passi da Tutto.

Living Sperlonga e' una bellissima casa con accesso diretto al mare, situata su una delle piu' belle spiaggie di Sperlonga. Siamo in via salette dove un accesso privato con un viale di circa 70 metri porta alla casa sul mare. La casa e' di 90 mq con ampio spazio esterno e giardino ed e' composta da: ampio salone, cucina, tre camere da letto e due bagni di cui uno esterno. Ci sono in dotazione anche lettini ed ombrelloni per godersi in pieno il mare di Sperlonga.
