The house is nestled in an enchanting terrain, one of the most beautiful spots on the island, behind Lucaise beach, which is accessed on foot by a private path. It is equipped with all amenities and in perfect condition. You live mainly outdoors where there are terraces on several levels with a table and stone barbecue and outdoor shower. Below are 2 main bedrooms and a bathroom. Each room has independent access to the terrace. Above are the living room/kitchen, a bathroom and a loft with 2 beds.

Dimentica ogni preoccupazione in questa oasi immersa nella più pura natura mediterranea. Dall'ampio patio si può godere della vista del vigneto e della bellissima e tranquilla campagna circostante. Due camere da letto possono ospitare comodamente 4 persone e la cucina fornisce tutto il necessario per un comodo soggiorno. Per raggiungere la casa è necessario percorrere 1.5 km di strada sterrata. La strada è agibile, ma inevitabilmente ci sono delle irregolarità sul piano stradale. !NO WI-FI!

Casa di Michele – luxury loft in the old town

Beautiful apartment in the center of Carloforte's old town with airy livingroom, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom/shower on one floor. Upstairs you will find the bedroom (160x200 cm), a room with a bedsofa (120x180 cm) as well as a bathroom/shower. The renovated loft is perfect for a couple, but can also be used by a familiy with one or two teenagers. Casa di Michele is situated with everything in walking distance. Just text, on which ferry you arrive and Michele will pick you up.

The holiday home "Ca' Alessandra" is located in Carloforte and offers a welcoming environment for a vacation with your loved ones. The 80 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate up to 6 people. Amenities include a TV, air conditioning, washing machine, and a video game console. The holiday home features a private covered terrace, furnished for you to enjoy drinks and relax outdoors.

Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

The villa "SU PREPPA'S AUS" is a typical Carlofortina house and will be able to conquer your heart. Its secluded garden for exclusive use and with parking spaces, is equipped with a pergola furnished with hanging armchairs, hammock and ping pong table. The sea is 300 meters away. The road to the house is unpaved for about 200 meters. It is not recommended to have a low car with a width of more than 2 meters as there are shrubs that could scratch the bodywork.
