Monthly Rentals in Spiaggia di Vindicio

The stay was pleasant, except for a few reservations, one room is quite noisy from the road, but otherwise fine. There was a bit of an issue with the use of the lawn by the kids. But I rate the place very positively and close to the sea and everything a person needs.

The four of us stayed at Giovanni’s apartment for 5 days. The apartment is very comfortable. Two rooms, two bathrooms and a roomy kitchen/living room space. It takes three minutes to reach the beach, which we did every day. The center of the city is 5 minutes away which is very convenient. Giovanni and his spouse are very kind and provided us with useful tips about what we could do in the area which we followed. They also took the time to talk about life in general which we found really enjoyable. We felt at home right away and would go back anytime.

It’s a very nice apartment with a great view, located close to cafés, restaurants and supermarkets so it’s a perfect place to relax and enjoy the area. It was also very easy to communicate before checking in. We got a response within a couple of minutes and simple instructions so we didn’t have any problems when we got there. Highly recommended to stay here!

We had a wonderful stay in Formia at Maria Christina’s! First of all, she was an incredible host - happy to answer any questions and to help with whatever small thing we needed. She was lovely with our children and stopped by (after checking that she could) to bring things and water the garden. Each time it was a pleasure to see her. The location of the apartment gives it a beautiful view. I had to work while my children went to the beach and working from the apartment was lovely given the beautiful view. The Wi-Fi works very well and I never lost connection. The beds were very comfortable, and there were ceiling fans in both the second and third bedroom and a standing fan to put in the Master bedroom so we didn’t even use the air conditioning because we didn’t need it. There is a lovely through breeze which keeps the apartment cool. The beach in Formia is very friendly and very Italian, which is exactly what we were looking for. It’s an easy trip into gaeta. We’ll be back!
