It has a parking lot that can comfortably accommodate up to 4/5 cars and a garden with plants typical of the Mediterranean maquis.

It is equipped with all amenities and in perfect condition. You live mainly outdoors where there are terraces on several levels with a table and stone barbecue and outdoor shower. Below are 2 main bedrooms and a bathroom. Each room has independent access to the terrace. Above are the living room/kitchen, a bathroom and a loft with 2 beds.
