The housing unit on the first floor of 160 sqm + 20 sqm terrace level, is as follows: large entrance hallway, spacious kitchen and bright living space, 3 bedrooms, one double with the possibility of adding a third bed (or a cot) and two double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with bath and shower, the other with shower), large living room overlooking the countryside with direct access to the terrace with stone table, chairs, umbrella (possibility of games for children). The house has two entrances and a facing triple: the outer side of the beach road and sea; inner sides overlooking the countryside. The apartment is in a strategic position from 1 to 5 minutes for all bathing establishments that run across the island of Vivara, 10 minute walk to Via Roma, the main street for shopping elegant Porto d'Ischia, 3 minute walk to the harbor on the service "water taxi" that leads to the establishment of "Charter Romana" and stop for the boat and pleasure boats; 5-minute walk from the village of Ischia "Ponte" with the famous "Castello Aragonese", at 15 minutes by taxi from Porto d'Ischia, from the landing of ferries to Capri, Procida, Sorrento and other tourist destinations.
