Villa by the sea - Litore Domus: Marea

Litore Domus is a villa located on the seafront of San Lucido (CS), just 10 meters from the beach, with 6 beds. Climate, sea, tranquility and lightheartedness are just a mix of some factors that will make your stay unforgettable with the utmost comfort. The property is unique due to its extreme proximity to the sea and convenient access to places of interest. If you're looking for a place to escape from your daily routine, Litore Domus is your best choice.

A haven of peace and quiet

It is a wooden and stone chalet, the upper part is my accommodation, while the lower part (recently renovated) is all for guests: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large and bright living room and a small but very functional kitchen. The outdoor space is shared, but very large, you can safely park the car in total safety. There is also a veranda where you can eat or simply relax. A few minutes' drive away there are tourist centers, lakes and trails.

Peace of mind

A detached house built of stone and wood with a large living garden, located in the mountain area just 20 km from the Tyrrhenian coast and 30 km from the coastline. The house is 2 km from the town center where all the essential services are available, 12 km away is the shopping center "Dos Mari". Lamezia Terme Airport and Central Station are just 20 km away. The place is suitable for families or groups for relaxing stays surrounded by greenery.

Historic residence with sea view in Amantea

Stay in a historic home in the heart of Amantea, overlooking the ancient walls and dating back to the 15th century. Antonello da Messina and Alfonso II of Aragon stayed here. Period furnishings, contemporary art and breathtaking views up to Capo Vaticano. Two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchenette, a private courtyard and all modern comforts. Free parking nearby, easy access and, on request, garden and barbecue.

Casa Bucaneve

In the heart of Camigliatello, 20 meters from the main street and with the ski slopes easily accessible on foot in less than 15 minutes. Casa Bucaneve is an apartment on the third floor, and consists of a living room (with sofa bed), kitchen, a bedroom (double), a bathroom and a small balcony. There is ample private parking, a television, a washing machine, and fast wifi. Towels and bed linen are always provided.

Casale Due Passi

Located in Marano Marchesato, the farmhouse is surrounded by greenery, with views of the mountains. At your disposal is the entire house, consisting of a kitchen, living room, four bedrooms and three bathrooms with Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The Villa has a shared swimming pool and a children's play area with a football pitch (3vs3). It is 7 km from Cosenza, 20 km from Sila and 18 km from the Tyrrhenian coast.

Aeolus' nest

The apartment is a stone's throw from the sea and enjoys great views. It is equipped with a double sofa bed with peninsula, kitchen, bathroom, air conditioner and balcony. It is a 5-minute drive from the airport and train station. Very close to one of the most popular kitesurfing beaches in the world, from the B-clubs and Hangloose Beach.

The suite is brand new, the furniture and the environment are in shabby chic style and everything has been taken care of down to the smallest detail. The suite has a private terrace (furnished with an umbrella and sofa) with spectacular views and poignant sunsets. Guests will feel at home... with the best of the vacation.

The Nest of Fortune

The mini house is located on “Largo Rupe” one of the most beautiful terraces overlooking the sea in Fiumefreddo Bruzio. Here is "The Medallion of Fortune" by the great master Salvatore Fiume, which depicts the blindfolded goddess. That's why I decided to name the house “Il Nido della Fortuna” (The Nest of Fortune).
