Natalia is a very warm host. She is responsive, gave us good directions how t get to the property and her house is quite and welcoming. I definitely recommend this house and will book it again!

We were a group of four adults in our thirties, travelling for Easter holidays. The place was amazing, very spacious, well constructed super confortable and in a lovely and posh location, suitable also for family stays. Sofia is an amazing lady, very polite and well mannered, took real good care of us. We will definitely consider this for summer vacation as well. Highly recommended!

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this property. To begin with the pictures do not do it justice. The house is simply beautiful. I was very happy to see how clean, organized and fully stocked that it was. I traveled from the United States and spent many hours looking at home both on airbnb and luxury rental companies before deciding on this home. I could not be happier with my decision. To begin with the location was great. It is up on the mountain with an amazing view of Porto Heli. The only 4 star review was that the roads are a little rocky and small. The drive to the beach is 6-7 minutes, however, there is a better road that takes only an extra 5 minutes to make it to the beach. You will need a car. For me and my family this location was perfect as it was close to activity (night life etc) for the younger people and quiet/isolated for those who wanted it. The house had everything you needed. Each bedroom with a wonderful bathroom and balcony. The two separate houses worked great for our group. The outdoor furniture was plenty and wonderful to spend evenings/afternoons gathered and hanging out outside. The pool was in amazing shape and kept clean. It was really amazing how clean and nice this house was. Overall I will be happy to book again. Amazing property and well worth it!

Το οίκημα είναι μια πολύ καλόγουστη βίλα, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη, σε κήπο με δένδρα και με καταπληκτική θέα στην θάλασσα. Η οικοδέσποινα, εξαιρετικά φιλόξενη, είχε φροντίσει να υπάρχουν τα είδη πρώτης ανάγκης, πράγμα που μας έκανε να αισθανθούμε σαν στο σπίτι μας από την πρώτη στιγμή. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε ύψωμα σε απόσταση 500μ από την παραλία σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά από μονοκατοικίες. Η θάλασσα είναι συμπαθητική με μικρό beach bar, που δεν χρέωνε ξαπλώστρες. Για ψώνια και φαγητό η πιο κοντινή επιλογή είναι η Ερμιόνη. Περάσαμε πολύ όμορφα, μείναμε ικανοποιημένοι από τον κλιματισμό και το wifi, χαλαρώσαμε σ΄ένα περιβάλλον εξαιρετικά προσεγμένο μέχρι την τελευταία του λεπτομέρεια.

This is a lovely villa, fab location, very clean and well looked after. Looks like Ioannis uses it himself so it has lots of useful accessories in the kitchen, bbq, pool, etc. Ioannis was very helpful when we arrived late due to a massive flight delay. He also sorted out a couple of matters whilst we were there so quickly. There are restaurants within walking distance (recommend Parasol), a handy little supermarket metres away, bigger ones within a short drive and the harbour closeby. We liked our trips to Mycanea, Nafplion, Epidavros Theatre, boat trips to Spetses and Hydra, and do try to find the secluded beaches nearby. Lovely area.

We had a super time at Julie's place. We needed a bigger house as we wanted to be with a few families in a single house, this was perfect for it. The house was spacious, clean, had everything we needed and for the kids you have the pool of course. When we arrived we got a super clear explanation of everything they made us feel right at home. From the house there is a very nice beach at walking distance, you can go to Ermioni, Porto Cheli if you want a bit more livelihood. Communication was also all very clear and responsive, so all in all very nice stay!

This is an excellent place. Nice facilities, nice landscape, spectacular view. The best from all these is the owners of the place. Very nice people who make you feeling like home. we have been in the area in the past but according to our standards this place is considered as the best. Thanks to Mr Antonis and his wife for everything that made our stay so nice. definitely we will choose this place again when we plan vacation in the area of Port Heli.

You want to withdraw from crowds? A shopping centre is a few kilometres away (main point of reference upon arrival). Fill the fridge and relax. Should you wish to explore the area, Porto Cheli is a 5min drive away, 10-15mins to Costa where you can get a boat to Spetses and about 15mins to Ermioni. So, although not in walking distance from the main nearby centres/beaches, it is centrally located though you will definitely need a car to move around. Either way, parking space is plentifull and the house is then easily accessible while all rooms open to the pool deck. Views are stunning. A decent sized pool with variable depth, cleaned regularly, overlooks the mediterranean garden. A large table by the pool deck is where you'll most probably be spending your afternoons and evenings. Shaded outdoor sitting areas, outdoor and indoor ceiling fans and efficient a/c in the bedrooms essential for summer. I guess it's a case of elegant simplicity over superficiality. Your choice.

Belle maison, spacieuse,fonctionnelle , d’une propriété remarquable. Très bien située pour admirer la mer le matin en prenant le café et le soir le soleil, au couché: magnifique ! Très bien située aussi pour les déplacements dans le Péloponnèse, à quelques minutes des plages calmes et des restaurants, tavernes et magasins. A Agios Aimilianos vous êtes au milieu de ce qui est le plus beau en Grèce: la mer, les oliviers, les orangers.... Notre hôte, Apostolos :quelqu’un de très discret, attentionné, qui répond rapidement aux messages.

An amazing villa with beautiful views! The villa was very clean and included just about everything that we needed during our two-week vacation. You can tell that John put a lot of thought into outfitting the villa to meet the needs of his guests. Location was great but you definitely need a car. plenty of great and interesting things to do in the area such as visits to nearby islands, renting boats and exploring the coastline yourself, renting 4x4s or motor scooters and exploring Greek antiquities. Pool was well maintained and we used it every day. Outdoor living areas were terrific and I think I already mentioned the simply amazing views.

Thank you very much for the opportunity to enjoy and relax at your beautiful spot. It was exactly what we needed. Every thing was accurate and so special. The location is the best that we ever had, up to the beach and is fantastic and unique We were 15 people, adults and kids, and there was many place for everyone. The vila very clean and include everything you need for cooking and relaxing. Hope to come again soon

A little paradise tucked away by the water. Beautiful place inside and out. Very airy with great light and views of the water at every angle. Absolutely loved staying here- wish we could have stayed much longer. Will definitely be staying here again. Niko was the perfect host. Extremely kind, friendly, responsive and offered the best recommendations for restaurants and beaches. We felt like we were home. Simply amazing.

A truly excellent holiday home: well designed and impeccably maintained with beautiful gardens and outdoor areas. Highly recommended! Also Danai and Mosxoula are very helpful and kind. We'd love to come back 😄

What a stunning and well equipped apartment. 5 couples shared this apartment to celebrate a birthday and the whole experience was just brilliant. Very much all that we needed was provided for. Very close to all amenities including supermarkets, restaurants, bars and beaches. Ideal for either sitting out or under cover as the weather determines. George was brilliant as our host and provided essentials for our arrival and kept in touch with help on good restaurants, cycle hire and even 'birthday' cakes. We all had a very good time and would have no reservation in recommending his apartment to other users.

Très jolie maison composée de deux logements indépendants. La maison est très bien équipée, nous avons même eu le droit à du miel local et des produits de bain au miel. Très belle piscine, il faut faire attention si vous avez des jeunes enfants car la piscine est accessible depuis la terrasse ( pas de barrière) La maison est au calme, la plage est accessible à pied. Les environs sont très beaux Notre hôte nous a très bien accueilli et a été présent lorsque nous en avions besoin merci.

Alles was geweldig! We waren met twee jonge kinderen. Het zwembad was voor hun prachtig en het uitzicht vanaf het huis en de rustige omgeving was heerlijk! We hebben genoten van de zonsondergangen. Het huis bevind zich op de bergen en je kan er ‘s ochtends prima een wandeling maken. Om naar de haven van Porto Heli te gaan heb je wel vervoer nodig maar met 10minuten ben je beneden in de haven of bij verschillende stranden. We zijn erg goed verzorgd door de eigenaren en we raden deze accommodatie van harte aan!

“Villa del Olio״ was the top pick of our vacation. The house looks amazing and even more impressive in person than in the photos. It's thoughtfully designed, with a wonderful ambiance, and is equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. The spacious yard is private and beautiful, and the pool has given us plenty of family fun. What truly elevated our experience was Konstantina and Polys׳ warm hospitality. They found the perfect balance between offering us privacy and making us feel genuinely welcomed, like old friends. The villa is located 4 minutes drive to crystal clear beaches. And 10 minutes to nice restaurants and mini market. It is a truly dreamy vacation spot.

Great house with a big pool. A few minutes walk to a beautiful little beach. Porto Heli only 10 mins in the car. We really enjoyed our stay.

We were impressed by the warm hospitality and attention to detail for everything. The Villa was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, providing a spacious and comfortable retreat throughout our stay. Nikos and Lamprini went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and their prompt communication made the entire experience seamless. The location was fantastic, rustic, modern, secluded, yet offering easy access to the Port or Marina, the Gorge, etc. The pool was refreshing to use throughout the day and the homemade lemonade was the best. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a memorable Airbnb experience!
