Siamo in via salette dove un accesso privato con un viale di circa 70 metri porta alla casa sul mare. La casa e' di 90 mq con ampio spazio esterno e giardino ed e' composta da: ampio salone, cucina, tre camere da letto e due bagni di cui uno esterno. Ci sono in dotazione anche lettini ed ombrelloni per godersi in pieno il mare di Sperlonga.

The villa is located on the hill above Ariana beach about 300 meters from the sea, 3 km from the town of Gaeta and 18 km from that of Sperlonga. The apartment, with a private entrance and a reserved parking space, has a large and panoramic outdoor area for exclusive use.

Bright and characteristic small apartment overlooking "La Piazzetta" in the Old Town. It has a one and a half square bed (140 cm x 190 cm) on the mezzanine, ideal for a person or a couple, also has a small armchair bed (70 cm x 180 cm) next to the kitchen. Not suitable for people with reduced motor skills (see images) or people of large size. Windows are thermo and sound-absorbing. Kitchen is well-equipped. Climate control. Heating.
