Includes 6 passes daily to water park, walking distance to Bridges Bay restaurants and lake access. Over-sized patio with Weber gas grill. Extended driveway for up to 4 cars (street parking not allowed). Washer/dryer available in unit for guest use. Booking guest must be 25 or older, parties not allowed.

Located on Lost Island Lake in Clay County, a beautiful rustic lakeside suite. Includes a 2440 square foot deck that may be shared with the attached also rentable home. 20 minutes from Emmetsburg & Spencer & 35 minutes from Okoboji. Our fun property offers activities including grilling, fire pit for bon-fires, cornhole, swimming. Also offers a relaxing indoor experience & comfortable outdoor furniture for lounging for those looking for a relaxing escape.

City of Lakes Loft

Newly constructed studio apartment above our garage. Calm, cozy and sunny interior in a quiet neighborhood setting. We have only lived in Fairmont a short time and we love it! It has a "Hallmark" town feel. You may meet our Labradoodle in the backyard - she is very friendly and will want to say Hi. We look forward to hosting you in this city of 5 Lakes! Cleaning fee included in the nightly rate.

Center Lake Retreat Entire Lower Level Walk Out

As ofJuly 1, 2021 we moved into this beautiful Lakeside home. The AIRBNB is NOT our entire home but it is the entire lower level which is our home. Gorgeous, private lakeside views. It is spacious with a private entrance if suitable, large kitchenette, family room, dining room, 2 bedrooms, bath/shower full bathroom. Lakeside access. There is complete privacy with a Barn Door closure.

Charming Country Studio Cottage

Charming recently remodeled, country mother in law suite style studio! Attached on the far side of the garage from the main house(which is currently not lived in). Enjoy a cozy, quiet acreage, while being located 2.5 miles from Spencer! **Residential side of house is under construction, some siding is removed and windows are boarded! If crews are coming out will let you know.

Downtown Serenity

Located at 10 W 4th Street in downtown Spencer, the historic Medlar Studio is home to the The Medlar Suites. Suite #1 has Wifi and free parking is provided across the street (Public parking lot, well lit). This unit is centrally located and in the heart of the shopping district with the local brewery just around the corner and restaunts within blocks.

Barringer Slough cabin

Relax with the family at this peaceful place to stay or come for some of the great hunting and fishing! This tiny cabin has Wi-Fi, Hulu, mini fridge, AC, heat, coffee maker, microwave and more! Charcoal grill, fire pit, and port a pot. There is a patio area as well. No running water.
