We are located 10 easy miles from Ithaca NY in the beautiful Finger lakes region! we are less than 1/2 day trips from NYC, NJ, PA, Rochester and Buffalo. We have consistently been Airbnb super host for 6 years! We have seasonal glamps and cabins, but are now offering our favorite little hideaway year round! Enjoy the gentle peaceful flow of life just breathing the sweet air here at Scottland Yard Farm.

Cozy Cabin in Candor

600 square foot, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom efficient and cozy cabin on a beautiful hilltop location in Candor, NY. Built in 2022. The cabin is easily accessible through a shared driveway in a quiet and private setting. Watch beautiful sunrises from one direction and gorgeous sunsets from the other direction, and the occasional wildlife passing by. Many outdoor recreation opportunities at nearby State Forests/Parks. Pets are welcome! Portable mattresses can be provided for additional guests.

Hoppy Land - A Converted Hunting Camp

This is a special little place in a very big space! Converted hunting camp that offers the feel of being remote yet maintains most modern amenities. Guests can explore the surrounding State Forest via the many hiking trails, grill a meal at the fire ring patio and sip a local wine as the sun sets. Less than 20 minutes drive to Cornell University, Ithaca Commons, Cayuga Lake, and Greek Peak, this property offers ready access a variety of attractions for the whole family.

The entire place is yours to enjoy! Our guest house is located on a dead-end road five minutes from the town of Newark Valley and only 30 minutes from Binghamton, Cortland, and Ithaca Included is a kitchen with open common area, two bedrooms, full bath and washer/dryer within living area. A farm setting is viewable from the common area and attached deck. There is a 2 acre pond and miles of scenic trails spread over 250+ acres, with sights as far as Pennsylvania!

Relax at this unique and tranquil getaway. Sit on the deck and watch the Scottish Highlander cows graze (or even feed them by the fence) to watching the Koi fish by the pond u will enjoy the peacefulness of the country. The position of the cabin is ideal for Sunrises and Sunsets that brighten the sky. State Game Lands 1/2 mile away. Also wine trails and waterfalls around an hour away. 20 minutes to Binghamton area, 30 minutes to a casino, 45 minutes to Ithaca

Tiny, romantic, timber frame

Unplugged (no WiFi) and peaceful. We provide breakfast foods. Unfortunately we cannot provide fresh breakfasts at this time, to keep our prices the same, with inflation. We hope to again in the future, if the current costs go down. A family built, tiny, timber frame. We are in a farming community, and several Amish farms dot our road. Please drive slow for children and animals. Please book both weekend nights during weekend stays, May-Oct. Thank you!

There is a ton of hiking surrounding this property just minutes away, you can rent kayaks downtown to access Cayuga Lake and much more!!

Adorable little place to call your home away from home. Living room, kitchen with appliances, dishes, silverware, etc bathroom with accessories and king size bed. 2 big screen TV's with cable and WiFi. Dog and cat friendly with a fenced in yard and a dog run. Close by to Dunkin Donuts, restaurants, and grocery stores. Park is 2 minutes away if you want to get out and go for a stroll.

Large number of wineries short distance away. private entrance to 900+ square ft apartment with deck, perfect for watching wildlife. Installing Germicidal lights on furnace and air conditioning unit to keep air free of biological contaminants .

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil hideaway. Located less than 10 miles from Cornell and downtown Ithaca, you will be in an off-grid remote escape (limited to no wifi!) with a large pond (3/4 acre) perfect for swimming all summer and fall, and an epic view scape of rural upstate New York. Abutting a working farm, the cabin is perfect for nature lovers, birders, and romantic getaways.
