Little flat in the countryside

The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

The bedroom is furnished with a high-quality, very comfortable box spring bed, a large wardrobe and its own TV. The living room invites you to relax with it's chaise lounge and beanbag. TV, Wi-Fi, Google Chromecast and DVDs are available. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a coffee machine, blender, microwave and dishwasher. The daylight bathroom features a walk-in shower. The apartment is on the ground floor with its own entrance and a parking space directly in front of the door.

Unsere gemütliche 2-Zimmerwohnung ist 40qm groß und befindet sich in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Von hier aus können sowohl die Innenstadt als auch Wald & Wiesen gut zu Fuß erreicht werden. Im Schlafzimmer findest du ein Doppelbett (1,80 x 2,00m) und es gibt genug Platz für ein Kinderbett. Das Wohnzimmer mit Zugang zum überdachten Gartensitzplatz mit Schaukel und Sandkasten, bietet zwei weitere Schlafplätze. Die gut ausgestattete Wohnküche mit Waschmaschine lädt zum verweilen ein.

Willkommen in unserem charmanten, ebenerdigen Apartment mit eigenem Hauseingang – perfekt für einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft bietet alles, was man braucht- eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Kabel-TV, sowie kostenloses WLAN für entspannte Abende oder Homeoffice. Besonderes Highlight ist die angrenzende Wiese mit Pavillon – ideal für ein gemütliches Frühstück im Freien. Ob für ein Wochenende oder einen längeren Aufenthalt – hier kann man sich wie zu Hause fühlen.

Our small but beautiful vacation apartment is the perfect starting point for a wide range of activities here in the region. Centrally located, everything in Spaichingen can be reached on foot or by bike. Cycling tours, hikes or climbing tours in the Danube valley are also possible. Thanks to Spaichingen's location, many excursions in the surrounding area can be reached within an hour - whether to the Swabian Alb, the Black Forest or Lake Constance.

Schöne, gemutliche Ferienwohnung, nur 45 Minuten vom Bodensee und den vielen Schluchten im Schwarzwald entfernt. Der Titisee ist nur 40 Minuten entfernt, die Rheinfälle in Schaffhausen in der Schweiz erreicht man in 1 h. Gehen Sie in Konstanz am Bodensee shoppen oder unternehmen Sie Fahrradtouren entlang der Donau. Bei schönem Wetter genießen Sie die Strandkorb-Lounge im gemeinsamen Gartenanteil. Auf Anfrage kann unser Grill mitbenutzt werden.
