The home was beautifully decorated. You can tell they care and do upgrades. Then bonus room is a little outdated, but it was closed off from the main area with French doors. You could easily open it for added space if you have a large family gathering. Great place for kids to hang out. Ping pong table was a hit. Washer and dryer worked great. Bedrooms were nice. Beds were comfortable. The master on suite. Well i don’t want to ruin the surprise or the laughs, It is one of those scratch my head and laugh. The shower was wonderful lots of hot water. We would definitely book again. Due to storms we could not use the pool but it was clean and well kept.

This is our favorite place to stay in Cocoa Beach for our family surf trips. Always clean and comfortable. Walkable to the beach, restaurants, and downtown. Great little area in the back to hose off the boards and dry off before coming into the house. Host is responsive and helpful.

Great place! Would definitely stay here again! Loved the pool and close drive to the beach. Clean house. We did a lot of cooking in the kitchen- had all necessary kitchen items. Enjoyed the local recommendations- went to Surfin Turtle 3 times for ice cream, our kids loved it! Quiet neighborhood! Felt right at home! Thanks for a great family vacation!!

Great place to meet up with family. Pool was awesome to enjoy family fun. Residential , quiet neighborhood not too far from things to do. Home was a great base to be together.

Had a great time exploring Cocoa beach and using this spot as a “home base”. Julia was very responsive to any and all questions and helped us out with recommendations of things to do and see!

This booking is absolutely worth every penny. We were fortunate enough to have an early check in and late check out.The reviews don’t lie, this home is well maintained, meticulously cleaned and thought out. The host stocked shampoo conditioner and body wash in the showers. We had three children with us aged 9 to 3 and they had the time of their lives. There is plenty of room for everyone there were 12 of us and we didn’t feel on top of each other. The kitchens are stocked with everything you need to cook a great meal. The outside bar and grill are awesome. The host is very accommodating (The only thing I will say which does not by any means reflect the host as this isn’t anything they can control) is the mosquitoes at night in the back are bad but that’s normal for Florida. We bought a mosquito fogger and fogged the back at dusk before we hung out and were fine. Again, has nothing to do with the host more of a heads up to plan for a Florida environment. Matt’s home was exactly what my family needed following my mom’s surgery later in April. She needed a place that was clean, easy to navigate, comfortable and quiet, and that’s exactly what we found here. The home was everything we needed and more. Matt was a great host, always responsive and caring about our needs. The house is also in a great area, near restaurants, stores, supermarkets and the shopping mall, making it extremely convenient. I could not recommend this place more! Thank you Matt for creating such a wonderful home.

This was a great experience all around. The place was quiet and CLEAN!!! Pool was gorgeous and there are so many restaurants in the area. We had a fantastic experience and definitely plan on returning to this AirB&B. Highly recommend! The host was very outgoing and very polite. Can’t wait until next time!!

The host communicated well and very timely! The place was beautiful and the location was great. I was surprised at how much you could see in the canal! The whole experience was excellent and I will definitely be back!

Peaceful, comfortable place with friendly hosts and animals; many places for walks, bike rides, and rollerblading (wish I'd brought mine); close drive to stores, restaurants and attractions; definitely would stay again; the cats were our favorites

The Cozy Pinapple was indeed cozy! We loved the property. Our hosts were friendly and responsive. The inside was comfortable , clean and accommodating. The pool was absolutely luxurious, clean and warm. The surroundings were scenic and serene. We enjoyed seeing all the aquatic life from the dock. We saw manatees and sting ray, tons of fish and birds and had the most beautiful view of the strawberry moon. We would be happy to come back. This place was absolutely ideal for a relaxing getaway close to many fantastic restaurants and beaches.

We very much enjoyed our stay, great outdoor spaces when we had family over for dinner. The pool at our door step was very nice !

This is our second time staying at Joe’s place. Can’t say enough about the location and of course how awesome the backyard is. You don’t have to leave the house to have a great time out back with the pool and the layout .

Stuart was a very responsive host (especially when i forgot something and he was able to help me get back in to find it). Such a great place to stay, just steps from the beach. The building was fairly occupied when we stayed, but the pool area never felt crammed, nor was noise an issue from other guests.

Pedro’s place was everything I could ask for. 1/2 mile from a great beach, several restaurants walkable distance The condo was immaculate. I enjoyed every minute of my vacation. Great place for vacation.

We spent 10 nights here and loved it! The pool was great and I loved that I could keep an eye on the activities while grilling / making dinner in the kitchen. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to make a meal! The hand mixer was great for making birthday cakes. Beds were comfortable. I loved the beach chairs and umbrella that were in the garage. There were lots of beach towels as well. It was nice to not have to pack them. We would love to stay here again!

Fantastic place to call home while traveling. Very clean, thoughtfully laid out, private oasis with the hot tub. When the propane for the grill ran out, Heidi was quick to change it out. We left behind a few items and we were contacted right away; she set them aside until we could retrieve them. Highly recommend this little gem!

My husband and I spent Father’s Day weekend here celebrating his birthday, and it was perfect. The location is private, peaceful, and just steps from the beach. Nights were magical with a bright moon, and we were lucky enough to see loggerhead turtles nesting — such a special experience. The home was spotless and full of thoughtful touches like a beach sunshade, stocked kitchen, and even binoculars. Turtle watching was a highlight for me! The late checkout was a wonderful bonus that made our stay even more relaxing. We’ll definitely be back!

This property was a true gem. My family from ages 10 months to 78 years, as well as pups, loved the space. It was so quiet and peaceful yet convenient to everything. Manatees, dolphins, gorgeous decor, high end appliances, and an outdoor oasis made our stay amazing. Thank you.

We completely enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was 100% stocked and we loved the large screened porch with Tiki bar and flat screen. The pool is a deep pool with depths of 6'5". They provided so many pool toys and floaties too. The pool table was so fun while the kids enjoyed the pool.

The host was very helpful! We loved our vacation here! Lots for the kids and adults to do. The beach was very quiet and nice. The house boat had everything we needed. A very peaceful and fun family time!!!

It was perfect for a staycation and larger than expected. A great value for any small family wanting to be near the beach. It was about a mile or so walk to the cocoa beach scene. Beds were comfy and linens clean.
