Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Sozopol

It was amazing, the place had everything we needed and a good mix of private and social rooms, and more than enough balconies for each of us, would happily stay again

Aleksandar's apartment is perfect! Clean and very spacious, we had everything we needed. We were welcomed by Aleksandar's mother who is very kind and nice person. There was a nice wine bottle, fruits and mineral water prepared for us. The apartment is very centrally located, close to a lot of restaurants, grocery stores etc. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. I fully recommend Aleksandar's place.

We had a great time at Monika's, the accommodation is modern and the residence with pool is very nice. It had all the amenities for the beach so it was perfect!

Theodore is a great host. He responds to all messages quickly, and he is very friendly. The apartment is nice and clean, just as shown on the photos. The beach is in walkable distance. There are lots of options for restaurants in the area. Nessebar Old Town is close, accessible by car or public transport.

We are very pleased with our stay :) super fresh place with lots of amenities and great coffee! I'll keep it in mind when we come back to Burgas. I was inspired by how optimized and cozy the space is!

Margarita is a great Host and a very nice person. The apartment had a great location, not super close to the swimming pools, so we had quite evenings. Very clean and cute apartment. The only thing missing was a wine opener :D. Thank you Margarita, we love to recommend your place!

Great stay- easy access in the Hotel Iris- keys were at reception. Nice pool and balcony to relax in the evening. Really handy to have the beach close by great location. A little tricky to have the shower and WC together but it’s ok.

Great apartment in a very convenient location near several of the pools and the Viva Mare restaurant, very suitable for cooking and enjoying the outdoors on the terrace. It was a pleasant surprise that there is a special parking lot very close by, and Lubka was very responsive.

A lovely house in Sozopol First of all Radostina is a kind person. She and her husband helped us a lot not only when we arrive but also before with recommendations about the parking situation. They offered us a parking spot for free near the port and also helped us when we arrive by discussing the price for parking with the locals for us. The house they offered was perfect, like a fairy tale in a dreamy town like Sozopol is. The house was very clean, 3 perfect bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and kitchen with living. Radostina and her husband were there for us all the time during our stay in Sozopol. Overall this was the perfect stay. I will recommend Radostina in the future as a host and as a human being! Thank you so much for making our stay here perfect and wonderful.

My friend and I visited Sozopol for the first time and picked Милена’s apartment because of the proximity to the beach and it was incredible! Very clean and spacious, with a porch facing the ocean. The neighborhood/street was also quiet so we could hear the ocean at night. There were also great places to eat nearby, and it was only a short walk to the older part of Sozopol. It was easy to check in and leave, and we would certainly hope to stay there again if we come back to Sozopol!

Good location, close to the center and close to the sea. There is a shop nearby. A little headlined from the road, but rest does not interfere. Having two bathrooms is a big bonus! The kitchen is fully equipped - fridge, freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher and washing machine. Clean bedding and towels. The place was very clean when we arrived. Thank you for a nice stay.

Beautiful, clean, spacious apartment with many amenities, with a lot of dedication. Lots of closet space. A very friendly and helpful host who goes out of his way to please his guests. Very suitable for a longer stay on the Black Sea. We recommend the apartment.

The apartment is in the first row on the black sea. You have an unobstructed view of the sea from both the terrace and the two balconies and are about 15m from the water. The accommodation is part of an apartment complex. The amenities of the place are good. Thank you Marek for being your guests. Loved it.

It‘s a nice small apartment very close (5-10 min walking) to a calm part of the beach. Nice terrace to chill the the morning or the evening.

Great spot and exactly as described

Love the place and the apartments. Saint Vlas is one of the most peaceful and beautiful places on the coast, and apts located well with the 50 meters or less to the sea and everything else close too (groceries, bars, etc). Also apts are spacious with great big terrace. There are some minor thigs could be cons for someone (sofa is not the most comfortable, for example), but for short stay I don't care about. Alex, the apts landlord, is always in touch and helpful.

My admiration and gratitude is measured by marine quantities! I will take in my heart the beautiful memories of Elenite, the sea beach, swimming pools, arbuses, rampanas, nudist beach, forest trails, the concrete observation deck, Negresco, the view from the window to the like mountains, the atmospheric apartment in which there is exactly as much as you need for your comfortable stay and solving everyday issues. Very good, spacious and clean apartment with nice terrace. The complex has closed territory with parking, garden and playground. Very close to the beach - just 2 minutes by walk. I strongly recommend this apartment for big families.

What a wonderful stay at Rosehomes in Sozopol! The apartment is spacious, luxuriously furnished and has a nice outdoor space to relax. The tinted windows provide extra privacy and tranquility. The smart TV is ideal for streaming your favourite series after a day at the beach. Everything was sparkling clean and we were warmly welcomed with homemade sourdough bread and cold drinks in the fridge, a thoughtful gesture that makes all the difference. The private parking space is also a nice bonus. Sozopol is a vibrant and atmospheric town full of history, nature, nice restaurants and the sea just a stone's throw away and only 25 minutes by car from Burgas. The beach club within walking distance is clean, stylish and wonderful to relax. Moreover, there is a large Lidl around the corner, ideal for your daily shopping. In short: a complete, comfortable and attractive stay in a prime location. I will definitely come back here!

I had an incredible stay at Plamena’s home! The place was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I could ever need. The host was exceptionally friendly and responsive, making sure I felt right at home. The location was perfect for me.
