Il Cubetto -Sea Studio: sense of peace and freedom

Our little place, Il Cubetto, inaugurated with the 2020 season, stands in full Tuscan country and is particularly distinctive because of its absolute exclusivity: only two studio apartments within our 7000 sqm of garden planted with many fruit trees, with great attention to any detail. Our guests, a maximum of two per studio apartment, have the use of a salt-water infinity swimming pool overlooking the valley. Depending on the car they drive, they can park next to the cottage or beside the road.

Questo meraviglioso appartamento per vacanze si trova in una posizione magica a contatto con la natura, vicino a Pomaia (paese a 600 metri), un piccolo borgo medievale collinare a soli 13 km dal mare Tirreno toscano. Originariamente un mulino, l'edificio è stato restaurato e trasformato in 3 confortevoli appartamenti indipendenti. Nel giardino in comune ci sono alcuni alberi da frutto, una vasca idromassaggio e una veranda per rilassarsi, a disposizione degli ospiti (aperta 15/5-30/9).

Ideal for a family vacation, the apartment is located about 10 km (10 minutes) from the sea and is located on the second floor of a small building where we also live, measures about 75 square meters and is completely renovated. I Sassi di Wally: country, art & sea!

At the end of a very typical Tuscan hills’ dirt road lined with cypress trees, I Sassi di Wally is a nice stone cottage with a turret. Once it was the agricultural annex of an 18th-century farmhouse, which has been now restored. The house, which was internally renovated in July 2022, is detached with a private, fenced garden, a working area, an internal parking and an 'under the stars' hot tub. Animals are welcome. The ideal location for a relaxing break from the daily routine.

Located on a hill, with a breathtaking view of the countryside, it is richly furnished and equipped with all the comforts for a wonderful holiday. Very close to the enchanting sea of the Etruscan Coast (10 minutes by car to reach Castiglioncello and the Livorno coast), it is surrounded by greenery and is about 1 km from the town that meets every need. In the large garden there is a BBQ, an outdoor kitchen and a pleasant playground. The correct address is Località il Sito 21.

Relax in the Tuscan countryside, a stone's throw from the sea

Ideal for a couple, the house is arranged on two levels. On the ground floor, there is a living room and a kitchen complete with accessories with a dishwasher and washing machine. On the first floor, there is a large double bedroom (possibility of adding a bed for children) and a very spacious bathroom. Anyone is and always will be welcome. The cleaning and sanitizing of the apartments are carried out scrupulously by us in order to ensure maximum safety.

The apartment is in a very quiet area of Rosignano Marittimo, a small hill town not far from the Etruscan Coast and the sea (about 5 km). It is very easily reachable thanks to the main roads such as the Tyrrhenian Highway and the Aurelia Variant, thanks to which you can also very easily visit the main Art Cities of Tuscany, the typical Villages or you can very simply enjoy the sea and return in the evening feeling at home.
