The "U FRAGNU" Wine Press

It is a 500-year-old construction, it is an old wine press called "U FRAGNU", this building is a typical construction and entirely built with the stones of the village, it is located in the middle of an old vine with its small stream that flows at its feet. You can enjoy its covered private terrace, its very sunny garden with views of our beautiful mountains as well as its stone swimming pool from which its waterfall flows that will soothe you.

There will be no problem adding a 90 cm folding bed for a third person or a baby cot (see photo). 8 minutes' walk to the city center, and not far from the Restonica and Tavignanu valleys, 45 minutes from the nearest beach of Ile Rousse.

Eugène's villa with an area of 70 m2 is located at the entrance to Corte, 2 minutes from the Shopping Center and shops, 5 minutes by car from downtown Corte and the Restonica Valley. Train station is a 10-minute walk away. The villa is not adjoining with a large terrace, and a garden. The villa has private parking.
