We spent 6 great days at Monia's house. The photos in the description already promised a lot. But when we got there, we were overwhelmed. The house, the garden, the view... a dream. The house is beautiful and very tastefully furnished. Everything was extremely clean and we felt right at home. There was everything you need. Through the floor-to-ceiling windows you have a breathtaking view over the lake. We also enjoyed the beautiful garden. This is fully fenced, so we could leave our dog free without hesitation. He felt very comfortable sunbathing on the lawn and enjoyed the stay as much as we did. The location is perfect. So within a few minutes by car you are at the bottom of the lake in Gera Lario. Communication with Monia went smoothly from start to finish. She took great care of us and is very friendly. It was an all-around perfect holiday. We'd love to come back anytime....

Everything went well. The place is true to the photos. Marco responds very quickly and is very flexible. The little extra, some children's toys on site.

Being on the lake and swimming everyday is an absolute luxury. We had the most lovely time paddle boarding and swimming. We also loved the great size swimming pool. The view from the terraces is wonderful at all times of day. House is as described and has everything you could need. Lovely bed line and towels too. Eduardo was a fantastic host and very helpful. Portese is within walking distance and has a couple of great restaurants. Salo is less than 4km and was our favourite town we visited on Garda.

Very much enjoyed our stay! The house is really fully equipped, super tidy and clean and is in a beautiful location in the mountains. The pool is shared with the residents of the other residences on the residence, but for the most part you have this pool to yourself. The residents are super friendly and would love to have a chat with you in Italian 😁 Colico at the lake is a cozy little place where you can eat and drink. This is fine to walk down in a 25 minutes (we with 2 children 5 and 9 years of age). From Colico you can easily reach all sides around Lake Como. We are definitely recommend this stay to others!

Alessandra (and her aunt!) were such great hosts, always helpful, responsive and super nice. The place itself was just beautiful - you have a super nice view of the lake from the bedroom balcony and see the mountain views from the garden/pool. Just beautiful:) we recommend a car to get around places, however you can also take great hikes/walks from the house. Alessandra also shared very nice local recommendations, that we appreciated! Thanks for everything! :)

Very spacious and clean appartment with private parking. Everything was spotless! Silvia was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Definitely recommendable.

Ana and David were wonderful hosts for a dreamy house in the vineyard. From the outside, it looks like a typical stone house in the mountains, but inside it is newly and modernly renovated with everything you need. The path from the car to the house is not to be underestimated (kids should not be too small) and can be quite strenuous in the summer, but if you know what to expect, it is manageable. The house's location in the middle of the vineyard and the breathtaking view more than compensate for the effort. The region is also stunning and offers a variety of activities. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We were four adults and one toddler. The house was located in a quiet area. Within 20 minutes, you were on foot in the center. The air conditioning was good for hot days. There were comfortable seats in the living room. The kitchen was sufficiently stocked, except for salt and pepper, but you should bring the spices you need yourself. The bed was large and cozy. The Internet was fast and available everywhere. It was good that a garage parking space was available, even if the driveway is difficult, then you can unload well and the car was well protected (it also worked with a VW Passat). It was a very nice and relaxing stay.

Magical stay in this more quiet area of the hustle and bustle of the lake, the view is magnificent, the cottage too. Valentina is very quick to find solutions to all questions and you feel good in this place!

My wife and I stayed at Stefania's house with our children. The apartment is in a super quiet, residential and with very little traffic. The apartment building is new, with numerous free parking close to the apartment and everything gave a feeling of tranquility. We selected it for its proximity to Leolandia (about 10 minutes by car). The house is as described and photographed! Ground floor entrance with kitchen with table, sofa, TV, washing machine, dryer and thermostat, in addition to all the kitchen essentials (dishes/pots/cutlery/oil/salt/coffee/etc). Next door, double bedroom with closet and bathroom with shower. The spiral staircase in the kitchen leads downstairs with a sofa bed, furniture, and a TV. Motorized rollers. We arrived very late for check-in and Stefania facilitated everything with very useful and detailed short videos. Very satisfied and we highly recommend you and your cozy home!

I've rarely experienced as much hospitality as I have with Roberto. Super friendly, available and accommodating every second. As a welcome gift, there were all sorts of treats for breakfast and the fridge was also already well filled to start the first days of vacation relaxed. 😋 In between, Roberto even provided us with homemade lasagna and homemade bread. Everything was very delicious! The small mountain hut was very clean and lovingly furnished and you felt right at home. A fantastic, large site (exactly as shown in the pictures) in the countryside with fantastic views of the mountains. My fullest recommendation for this gem!

We were guests at Adamo's chalet for just a few days but it was an unforgettable experience. The house is well maintained both inside and out, with all the comforts and well equipped. Even Fara, our furry baby, immediately settled in and especially enjoyed the outdoor area that surrounds the entire house. Marco was always available and also provided us with valid directions regarding the various routes to take in the area. We also had the pleasure of meeting Adam, who liked our salads. We'll be happy to come back.

Nunzia's place was great! clean & refurbished house in an amazing surrounding. Due to technical issues we had to postpone our stay and Nunzia allowed us to change dates and that is also highly appreciated!

We had a great time in this beautiful little house! The setting is splendid and very quiet. Although the mountain roads to get to the villages are quite dizzy, it's well worth it. The house contains all the necessary amenities and even more. We particularly enjoyed being able to make a fireplace while enjoying the view. One of the best AirBnB we've visited.

Amazing experience!! The house is right at the top of the Mountain ( follow the recommendations of Valerio, very important). The view is spectacular, we went in the winter and everything was white. The house is very cosy, typical man and mountain decoration. Thank you for everything

Great location. It's a few meters to the small beach on foot. Next time, I'll take water shoes and a beach lounger with me that the uncomfortable stones are no longer a problem! Otherwise, you are very comfortably equipped with the great sun loungers on the terrace at the house! We felt completely comfortable and will be back for sure
