It has a locking metal exterior door for sound-proofing and security. Just another short walk over the lift bridge to the quaint little shops, theatre and restaurants. You can enjoy a fire in the beautiful treed side yard with other guests and residents or a morning coffee in the front Adirondack chairs watching all those heading to the beach for a day of sun and sand. “The beach walk” is just steps from great patios with live music and food.

Nestled between two other ports, Pt Bruce boasts great perch fishing. Just a 2 minute drive to the pier and beach, or a leisurely 15-20 minute walk. It's an 18 minute drive to the Police College, 15 minutes to Pt. Burwell or Pt. Stanley. Guests occupy entire main floor with full kitchen, living room, private entrance, huge deck. Access to hot tub. Hosts occupy basement floor with a barrier between floors that may allow some sound to travel. Absolutely NO marijuana smoking on the property.

Troll Hill

Beautiful country apartment located in a woodlot between Chatham and London. Apartment is detached from main house and has a spacious deck surrounding it overlooking the forest. It also has a small cabin for the second bedroom that is accessible from March to October. There is a large inground shared pool, outdoor sauna, yard and walking trails nearby for nature lovers. Apartment and cabin are fully furnished and both have Wi-Fi. It’s located about 15 minutes from Rondeau provincial park.

WELCOME to Sunset Chalet. We have had a make over! See and hear the nature at the front and back. You may get a view of the many deer,fox and wild turkeys that frequent this quiet neighbourhood. From the hilltop you get a partial view of water and pier.Hear the fishing boats as they pass to go into Port to unload their catch (the action starts around noon). Port is full of excitement: enjoy the theatre, public library, many coffee shops, restaurants, taverns, and Beaches.
