The house is protected by the Finnish National Board of Antiquities and the interior renovation of the apartment has just been completed. The renovation has been carried out with respect for traditions. This unique log house has a calm and peaceful atmosphere. The apartment is located right in the center of Uudenkauupung and close to the city bay in a quiet wooden house area. Shops, restaurants and museums are within walking distance.

Come relax, swim and sauna on the lake shore! The spacious patio is a wonderful place to enjoy your morning coffee, sunbathe, watch the evening sun, or even do yoga. You have 2 SUP boards, a two-person kayak and a rowboat. For those who like cycling, there is a traditional women's bicycle. In the traditional sauna you can get hot steam and you can dive into the pure-water lake directly from the stairs. Due to the space, the cottage is most suitable for a couple and one child.

The cottage is located on a large 3.5-hectare lot in a secluded area surrounded by small ponds. You can enjoy the gentle heat of the wood sauna and then relax in the warm water of the hot tub. At sunset, you can see moose, deer, and other forest animals grazing in the nearby field from the terrace. You can also head to the nearby forests to pick mushrooms and berries and prepare dinner from them. Small pets are allowed!
